Very smooth transaction with fast service and quality work. Highly recommend. UPDATE: I just read some other reviews and wonder if the people who posted them could possibly have worked with the same company. After discovering condensation damage to my windows, I called on a Wednesday, set up an appointment to measure Thursday, at which time workers came on time, got an estimate right away following their visit, received all of the insurance and indemnity paperwork required by my building, paid the deposit Friday and they scheduled the work for the following Friday. The same workers who measured came in that day and quickly and efficiently installed the glass. Communication was clear and courteous throughout. Balance was not due until the work was completed and I was satisfied. The person I dealt with, David, was very professional and polite. In fact, I sent a photo of the windows (see before pic), thinking all needed to be replaced, and that my insurance was covering, and he said only 3 had the damage (he was right). No gouging, fraud, or trying to take advantage etc. This was my honest experience. And geez, it’s so nice to look out clear windows again!...

These guys were a pleasure to deal with from the first call. They understood our needs exactly, and executed for us immediately. We had a series of old windows that had been in disrepair from the previous owner, and besides being far from energy efficient, they posed an actual threat acting like giant guillotines. The team came in as soon as the parts were available and updated 30 years of neglect. They were extremely communicative through the whole process - even after meeting onsite, they called me prior to sending the invoice to make sure I understood the process and exactly what was being recommended as well as my options. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I found them after another company could not fulfill our needs with window locks and insulation gasket. It was very important to take care of those things, especially the gasket. The original one was very old and dry, and in summer would counteract the AC, in winter lose heat - both increasing the electric bills for a very large space, and at all times would create windy noises.

We have a very nice tenant, and we really wanted to remedy this situation. Window Repair US was able to obtain the right items for gasket replacement. Locks are in good repair now as well.
