ETA: not quite sure why they asked I reach out to the email provided in their response as no one responded… a joke. The entire company. They used to be decent when they carried actual branded pieces from designers like Loren Stewart and Jennie Kwon and Alison Lou…. Maybe they all saw it going down hill and decided to pull their lines? Just speculating… Edit: my earrings finally arrived, and I don’t know what I was expecting, but I certainly wasn’t expecting what I got. They were so cheap. There was no gold at all. It just screamed Macy’s clearance. I sent them right back. I’d rather just go spend more money on quality jewelry. I thought they were so cute though with the rope look. Big mistake. Huge. Lol Absolutely ridiculous. I paid for overnight shipping as I am leaving for a trip And they sent it out second day vs Overnight. Had I wanted Second day, I would’ve chosen A different, less expensive shipping option. Extremely fraudulent. Melissa, this is not OK… because you did not ship it out without errors. Clearly there was an error when choosing the shipping type. I would have been much more understanding had my order Taken two days to process and then show that it was shipped with next day air. Extremely disingenuous to have a customer pay for a certain shipping type and ship with a Cheaper option.

Stone and Strand is a hidden gem! There’s this idea that each piece begins with its own unique narrative… The lovely team (Elsy, Wei, Tyler, and Helna) at Stone and Strand adds another layer of charm to the experience. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about sharing the stories behind each piece. They take the time to connect with customers, making the purchase process an enjoyable journey in itself. I had so much fun creating a custom bracelet (solid gold, not gold plated or filled) that represented who I am and will always remind me of the joyful experience. What sets Stone and Strand apart is their commitment to affordability without compromising on quality or timelessness. Their pieces are not just accessories; they are heirlooms in the making. It's impressive how they manage to strike the perfect balance between cost and craftsmanship, allowing the story of each piece to live on for generations. If you're seeking jewelry with character, history, and a touch of elegance, Stone and Strand is the place to be.

I was reluctant to leave a negative review but after today’s (July 25th) experience I feel I have no choice. I purchased a push-back diamond earring for over $200 in-store beginning of July. I discovered a product defect after a month which caused these to be un-wearable. I called last week and a gentleman answered, checked my item number, and agreed that I could come and exchange since this was still under their 100-day warranty. Today I went to the store from Queens to exchange. I spoke with the female associate who was very argumentative and insisted they do not allow exchanges on push back earrings even though I told her that I spoke with someone else working there checked my order and approved an exchange. She even said ā€œthere’s no other man working here!ā€ This was a very frustrating experience as I travelled an hour to the city just to exchange these earrings. I hope that the management is able to see this and help resolve.

RUN. Spend your money elsewhere. Do not buy any jewelry from this company. Where to even begin. I’ve been obsessed with this brand via Instagram for over a year. I am a lover of very fine, dainty gold jewelry. I would say I am particularly overly careful with all of my jewelry, as most of the finer pieces I own have been passed down. At Christmas, my fiancĆ© ordered me the Gold Initial Bracelet. Within less than two months, it had completely split apart at the initial while standing in my bedroom doing nothing. Thankfully, I was able to see/feel it happen, so I was able to take advantage of the 100 day policy. Initially, customer service was ā€œshockedā€ that this had happened but was understanding, and gave me a credit upon my return of the defective item. At the same time that I used my credit to purchase the Dainty Paperclip Bracelet (I felt this was a sturdier piece), I also had been eyeing the Teeny Unicorn Gemstone Bracelet so I decided to pull the trigger. Mistake. Within less than a month (no exaggeration) the Teeny Unicorn Bracelet had broken and fallen off my wrist without noticing. I had only been at home and inside a store to make a return for less than 10 minutes. No rigorous activity, and surely nothing out of the ordinary. Customer service refused to work with me, even though this was clearly the second bracelet that had broken in less than a month. Now tonight, while sitting at dinner, less than a month after the last incident, the extender for my Dainty Paperclip Bracelet broke. So, at this point, Stone and Strand has received almost $500 for the cost of three bracelets, and I have NONE that I’m able to wear. Yes, a company that claims to produce good quality fine jewelry, has sold me THREE bracelets in under 6 months that have all broken while doing absolutely nothing. This should have been a red flag that they only have a 100 day policy for their pieces, because in reality none of mine have even lasted sixty days. I would also like to point out that I have been wearing a fine gold bracelet that I purchased on Etsy throughout this entire ordeal, and it is still in excellent condition. Shame on you, Stone and Strand! Your pieces are not quality and your customer service is appalling. I will 100% not recommend your brand to anyone that I know and care about. You do not stand by your craftsmanship and you surely do not stand by your well...

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I have spent so much money with your company and I tired to purchase a ring with a 20% discount code. That only worked for the month of may, when I tried to check out the Shopify button got pressed first and checked me out faster than I could process the 20% off. I contacted customer service and it turned June 1st my code disappeared and I asked if it could be applied to my purchase. The agent didn’t understand and asked me for the code. I could no longer get access since it was now in June. That code expired in May. I tried to explain and they said nothing could be done unless I had the code. This was completely ridiculous. The fact that your customer service knows what 20% off code works and refuse to give it to me. at this point I asked to please refund my money and I was told that the item and already shipped and I could not get a refund even though I was in the middle of messaging customer service at the time . Then in order for me to get a refund I had to pay a restocking fee which is absolutely ridiculous had my order just been canceled in the beginning when I asked . Mind you this is all within two days of my purchase I contacted customer service immediately after I ordered and had the issue with shopify. I spend so much money with you guys and this is how you treat your customers! I will be posting this review online. I’ve never experienced such...
