They never showed up for my friend’s wedding bouquet!!! Super unprofessional!
My friend booked her wedding bouquet, left deposit, and even told the florist that she would pick up the flowers around 6pm the day before her wedding. Yet they never opened the store not bother to pick up the phone. We called and texted, and didn’t get any response.
My friend didn’t get any apology or explanation until she went back to get the refund. She was told that it’s because of the smoke from Canada.
I get it. Some people don’t feel safe to go out all the time. But when you take someone’s wedding bouquet request, at least give them a heads-up and allow them to buy flower from somewhere else, or at least pick up the phone when they call. It was not even the first day of the smoke problem. It started on Tuesday and my friend had her order on Wednesday. Sunny’s Florist didn’t do anything until my friend went back on Saturday, but the damage was done. Most flower stores were closed at 6pm. We spent an hour and half searching and walking, and finally found a place at 7:30pm, where closed at 8pm. The other place was very nice and helped out at last minute. Read moreI placed an order for a flower delivery Sunday afternoon to the home of a family member who's wife passed away that day. I asked for delivery to their home for Monday. As of now, I cannot get answers as to my delivery and the website will not allow me to cancel the order. Yesterday, I heard, "delivered to florist". Not sure what that means. This morning I received the same reply when I asked for status and as of now, basically no reply from them for hours after several more requests for status. I called the florist later in the day only to find out that the florist had changed my delivery date to Friday 8/30. Again, the flowers never arrived and for the second time there was no communication to me. So, I again called the florist only to find out that delivery had been changed to an additional 5 days after 8/30 and no communication to me. Well that is way too late.
