My profile photo is almost a decade old and I’m too lazy to change it, but I don’t have to because SooYoung is a magician and I still look the same. She’s👏🏼that👏🏼good👏🏼.

SY has quickly become one of my favorite people, and I can trust her to treat others with just as much care and respect. I’ve gifted her facials to my mom, my brother, and my then-fiancé, and they’ve all left feeling pampered, looking decades younger, and feeling refreshed in preparation for my wedding. My makeup artist could not stop complimenting me (and SYK!) about my skin🙈

She does her research, and integrates new and emerging skincare tech, products, and techniques into your session. She listens to your concerns, but frankly, she doesn’t even have to, because she can read your skin so well and knows quickly what it needs. She even gave me an at-home regiment to keep my skin glowing and tight between my visits to SYK Skin. I follow and listen because I respect her so much; I don’t want to disappoint her!

The space is cozy and well designed. The bed is heated and the linens are always fresh. I have no complaints except that I wish I could go all the time.

I’m obsessed and frankly, you should be too. She makes supporting an AAPI, woman owned business so so easy....

This was the best facial I had! Anytime I go for a facial I get nervous because my skin is so sensitive and very reactive. Soo Young was amazing and so sweet. I left my appointment with glowy skin and thankfully she managed to calm my skin, so even though my skin got red during my facial, at the end the redness was gone. My skin also felt so soft and smooth. I’ve had facials at other places and one place that was very expensive but Soo Young was the best out of all of them. I’m so thankful that she offers the all access facial because there is no surprise huge bill at the end. She also recommended products that would work for my skin but was never pushy at making me buy. I love that she gave me a few samples to try which I appreciate because with my sensitive skin I need to sample a product to see if it will work with my skin before committing to buying. I will definitely book again! So happy to have found my new go to...

SYK is a true gem and while NYC has no shortage of facial studios, very few earn my stamp of approval and trust. As a fellow top facialist in New York City, my standards are beyond discerning, and few places earn my confidence. I’ve tried nearly every single one! SYK does so effortlessly. I can’t wait to be back in. Soo Young and her team exemplify professionalism, expertise, and grace. The space is not only immaculately clean but beautifully designed. Every practitioner is highly knowledgeable, impeccably trained, and operates with the highest standards and in full accordance with New York State laws.
