I’m feeling disgusted by the treat and attitude from this lady with her horrible attitude at the front desk on this location gives you !!! I’ve been going few times because I live around the neighborhood and it’s easy for me to go there when my body hurts . This lady is the most rude , unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful person I have ever seen working in a spa in my entire life !!!! You would be shocked if I’d have recorded the way she treats you like you owe them money or so.., !!!!! my last time there I asked her if any female was available to work on my back because I realized any man there has no idea about giving a massage and they don’t speak English either so you can’t even explain there how you want it because they won’t understand you .., so once I asked this lady about some female for me , she started literally yelling at me and left me with no shame alone by the bed inside so I went back to the front desk by myself and I asked some random guy if he could give me a massage. This was crazy !!The guy of course didn’t have no idea about massaging because I think they don’t even get paid almost anything because you can’t tell they got zero experience. Sometimes they had cigarette smell on the hands … terrible !! Once I left , the disgusting attitude again from this lady in the front desk who seems the whole time unhappy and frustrated about her miserable life probably,, you can tell it on her face too , talking to me rude like I was about to make her a scene but I didn’t want to waste my energy because this monster attitude …

I WONT recommend to anyone this horrible place especially when you go there as a good client trying to relax and giving a chance spending money on them many times !!!

So the people at this place really pissed me off at my last visit. I did a couples massage utilizing the 90 minute massage with 10 minute hot stone (which was more like 4 minutes) groupon, the groupon was $49. During the massage the guy was a bit rough. I asked him on two separate occasions to be a little softer. He listened for that moment but then continued to be rough. Throughout the massage I would move in certain ways to let him know he was still rough. At the conclusion of the massage I thought about giving him very little as a tip and then tipping him with some advice for the future. I decided to tip him and the lady that massaged my boyfriend the same amount ($10). They literally complained to the guy at the front desk about the amount of the tip and held it up like it was nothing. The guy asked could I tip more. I've never been to a place where the people were so ungrateful with the tip they recieved and the have the nerve to ask for MORE. They were absolutely out of line and out of their mind. I don't know if I will visit thos place again. Let me not forget the fact that they massage you for almost thirty minutes with the towel on your body. So it's like they're massaging the towel instead of you. Never have I have been to a place that massages like this. Please reconsider this place if you want a...
