very disappointing! although the apparel is great, the sales help is some of the worst I have experienced! Not only do they not acknowledge you when you walk into the store, they don't even ask if you need help once you have chosen items from the rack and are obviously looking for a fitting room. Their product knowledge is pathetic and they don't know if they have an item or not. Most of the stock was unavailable or out of stock and they just tell you to look online. One skirt I saw upon arrival disappeared from the rack and when asked about it they had no idea what I was talking about. I have been a customer sales rep for over 6 years at an apparel store so I am fairly forgiving and I fold and hang clothing and treat the store I am visiting as if I work there so I am not a high maintenance client, nor am i even looking for attention but actual sales help? yes and eye contact when someone walks in? yes Product knowledge? yes. This store failed so miserably it turned me off from the brand and I will most likely seek choices elsewhere. Shame on them! Read moreAwful customer service at this location. I came into the store and was greeted by security, but not a single sales associate spoke to me or offered to start me a fitting room. I walked around the store for close to 10 minutes carrying 12+ items of clothing, yet the sales associates only spoke to and offered to help the non-black customers in the store (the store wasn’t even crowded). When I then had to try on my blazers on a bench outside of the fitting room (because still no one offered to assist me), the sales associates stared and still didn’t speak or offer to hang my items while I wait for a fitting room. The only saving grace was that the cashier was kind while she rang me up, but I regret giving any money to the brick and mortar store due to their blatant racism and poor customer service. I had been a loyal Frankie shop customer for years and was truly disheartened by my experience here.

Read moreWas excited to come in store from Australia. I was greeted at the Crosby store by welcoming security on entry and a lovely guy while I was browsing. I tried a couple of jackets while being completely ignored by the 3 other staff. I approached these staff to ask a question while wearing one of the jackets and had to interrupt their conversation as they weren’t going to end it just because I was hovering. I asked if it comes in navy, the blonde one looked blankly, said no, and turned back to the conversation without missing a beat. There was a navy jacket but she was not interested in helping me to spend money in that store. So I didn’t spend money in that store and promptly left. What an asshole.
Also the button holes were really badly finished with loose threads. I didn’t feel confident to ask if there was more stock with better quality after the treatment. So I’ll probably never buy online either. Such a shame as I had been excited to find my new favourite label. It’s...
