The Yard - Gowanus Brooklyn Coworking Office Space NYC — Local services in New York

I loved the office space at The Yard and Marcela was great but when it came time to get my deposit back it was a nightmare. They say you will receive your deposit in 30-45 days after you move out and return the key. It is day 50 and my deposit is nowhere in sight. No one can give me a day I will have it returned to me and emailing the people in charge of accounting is going unanswered. I understand that COVID is slowing everything down but it doesn't take 50 days to refund a deposit unless you don't have the money to refund it.

This has turned me off of working with The Yard in the future.

This space is one of the nicest I've worked, so bright with so much light from the huge windows and superbly furnished. Staff is always great, but this spot might be the keeper for me. Its huge with 3 floors of massive space and a kitchen on every floor!!
