I've had horrible experiences in the past with other salons bleaching my hair and causing it to burn off so I'm very picky about who I choose to do my hair now. I came across this salon on Yelp & decided to give Dyno a try. I had balayage in the past and it's been a year since I've got my hair done again. I wanted to go fully blonde again for a while but salons kept telling me they couldn't do it because of the balayage & highlights in my hair. I had my appt w Dyno today & he explained & broke down everything step by step as to what he was going to do to my hair. Him and his assistant was very careful throughout the whole session especially when he was correcting the middle of my hair (the transitioning from black to blonde). He did a milk tea blonde color for me, I'm in love with my hair and highlyyyyy satisfied with how it came out. I'm glad I've finally came across someone I can trust with my hair. I came to Kelvin with a disaster of a color correction. He preserved my hair's health and my sanity through the arduous bleaching process. He took on a problem a few hair stylists refused to even touch, solved it, then gave me a ridiculously flattering cut to top it off. It has been a long time since I have been this happy with my hair, which is nothing short of a miracle considering the mess I gave him to work with. I rarely say nice things and as a black to platinum client who sometimes waits way to long to retouch, I often have a love/hate relationship with my stylist, but Kelvin really is the best.
