I did my gel manicure there and it started to peel off after a week, I have paid 70$ just for manicure, went back and they offered me to fix those 3 nails, I told them no please, take it all off because there are two more coming off. I asked for regular nail polish. Before finishing she asked me if I wanted to pay now? And charged me 23$, I only gave her 20$ cash because I hate to argue. It cost me 90$, just to end up with regular manicure. Never going back there. They do a sloppy job.

Just another bad manicure on the UES. I don’t know who they paid to write these other reviews but the fooled me so wanted to post photos. Cut me with the file multiple times, nails are crooked, polish around cuticles is messy. These photos are taken after I asked them to fix them so you can imagine what they looked like before.

The services were quick and clean to remove old extensions and polish gels, and they did beautiful sophisticated color & design for any of my broken nails to help keeping with a pretty good condition. They are super nice and kind, also good at massage and removing cuticles carefully. I strongly recommend this nail shop! :)

I have only been to this place a hand-full of times but I'm sure this will be my last. I came in for a SNS gel manicure with an old SNS still on my nails. I came during the day around the afternoon so there was only one other customer. Instead of soaking the gel of which is pretty custom, she used an old metro card and fingernail clipper to remove the hard gel. Pretty painful. She clipped the ends of my nail pretty short to remove the gel without even asking my preference. Her and another woman started yelling at each other in what sounded like mandarin, during this she buffed my nails so roughly, the file broke the skin and my finger started bleeding. also painful, no apology she didn't even seem to care . Pushing all this aside, I do love the color of the SNS dip. And left the review for another time to see how it would last. I'm a week out and its chipping and lifting already disappointing compared to the 2.5 wks a SNS usually lasts at other places. The 2 stars is really for the color and even buff...

service was awful! well the pedicure they don't put anything I. the water is just plain water for the pedicure, I have never been anywhere that performs a pedicure like this. the manicure she cut my nails to the nub then proceeded to file my hands til I was bleeding and I kept telling her to stop and take off what she had done and she wouldn't do it. I now have cuts all over my fingers. the kicker is they refused to even give me a discount and charged me full price of $76.28 for which I now have to go somewhere else to fix and pay more money. DO...
