Epic Nails Spa — Local services in Northville Charter Township

Pedicure was great. But manicure was a mess. I will say they tried hard to match what jelly look I wanted but didn’t succeed. I was fine until he started slapping in the nail polish bc it was closing time. They did a piss poor job on my cuticles, they hurt now and the skin is raw around my nail. The nail polish wasn’t dry but the lady’s like it’s dry so when went to get my card it got ruined and there’s 4 employees all waiting for me so I said just give me a discount and it’s fine I’ll go. They rushed the job then give me attitude when it gets messed up when they didn’t let it dry enough. I don’t get my nails done enough to know when it’s dry. That’s thier responsibility. So I’m standing there will all my stuff in my hands and they like we fix it no discount. Fixed it my butt. The rest of the nails got ruined standing there. But I’m over it. Never go during closing. Honestly just dont go. The shape of the nail was bad too. Uneven and not matching. No need to trust me just look at the photos. FYI I called before and asked if they had time for a mani pedi knowing it was close to...

It was date night and I needed a new nail salon so I looked for the highest rated one in the neighborhood...with a 4.4 rating I had high hopes....the place smelled inviting with scents of oranges and tangerines...the lady’s were very friendly the massage chairs super comfy and the foot massage felt much needed. I usually cut and file my own nails but it’s getting harder and harder to cut my cuticles with aging bones and eyes:) I got home and looked closer...I realized she did not cut my cuticles...that’s disappointing cause that’s the main reason for needing/paying for a pedicure is having your cuticles cleaned out and cut ...coming out of winter I definitely needed it done and I’m confused how she missed it :( I should have looked closer to the reviews...now I know what “most expensive massage” means! And btw their nail polish they used..essie was at least 5years old...it still had the skinny little brush...essie changed to the wide brushed...

** I called and asked to speak to the manager/owner.... The lady on the phone said she didn't know the managers name and to just keep calling back... I paid for two pedicures and got my legs rubbed and my toes painted.... Wasted my money. Yes the ladies were nice.BUT...I expected way more than what we received. Sad face. I DID NOT GET MY TOE NAILS CUT. SHE BARELY FILED THEM DOWN. I asked for square toe nails and she rounded my edges. She took a pumice stone to my heel for about 5 seconds. When I asked for more all she said was "No" ...I WANT MY MONEY BACK...I DIDN'T REALIZE I WAS PAYING OVER $100 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I WANT A REFUND. I'M SO MAD ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. I want to speak to someone who is in charge and can correct this. It looks like a child did my toes.
