genuinely the worst piercer i have ever encountered. you're better off at claire's!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

came in to get a earring part replacement. my piercer was extremely unprofessional and seemed to have little to no experience. the only sanitation tools used were small alcohol wipes they offer at RESTAURANTS!! she struggled immensely with getting it in and had her body on top of mine the entire time. she dropped my piercing on the floor and picked it up WITHOUT SANITIZING IT and put it back in my ear. she did this SEVERAL TIMES and got angry with me that she needed to use multiple different jewelry studs despite it not being my fault that she continuously dropped and lost them. she lost my original jewelry on multiple occasions and eventually grabbed display jewelry that wasnt clean and used that as well. these were all used and dropped without washing and the DIRTY extras were put back to use on other customers.

their practices are DISGUSTING and HAZARDOUS. she eventually got annoyed and gave up after my ear began swelling and bleeding. instead of offering to any solution she shoved a plastic cover tightly to my ear. i had to PAY for a piercing i didnt receive because she gave up. she didnt apologize whatsoever and seemed inconvenienced by the whole ordeal. i took the metal out immediately after leaving due to pain and the extreme likelihood of getting an infection. the jewelry she used didnt match the piercing anyway so i have no use for it. now im down $20, a piercing, and have a massive headache.

update: after examining the jewelry it's clear that she was attempting to shove an internally threaded piece into an externally threaded gem. mind you, the metals DO NOT MATCH. one is gold and the other is silver. I PAID FOR...

DO NOT GET YOUR NOSE PIERCED HERE. I came to this place to get my nose re-pierced as I had gotten it professionally done years ago and eventually took it out and the hole closed up. I was hoping to get my nose pierced in the same spot I had it in before. The woman at the counter had said to take a seat and that a young woman would be with me shortly. However, an elderly man came out instead with one of those old ear piercing guns and what looked to be an earring!!! When I explained to him that I wanted my nose pierced in the exact spot it was pierced in before and even showed him the old scar, he pierced ABOVE the scar and it made it look as if there was a shadow underneath the piercing. To top it off the man had glasses and was squinting when trying to pierce my nose. He did not properly sterilize the area either and after the piercing, he barely cleaned around it so I had crusty blood surrounding the piercing. I was very vocal with how the piercing was not in the correct spot and after trying to express my dissatisfaction, the man gave me half of my money back. Piercing someone’s body with a gun is OUTDATED and unprofessional. Unless they have an experienced and professional piercer with adequate equipment I would not recommend this place.
