I came in today to return two charms I had ordered online, maybe and possibly exchanging them for something else. When I came in I saw 5 employees in the center and Daryn greeted me. I explained my online order but I felt like because of the way I looked I might have been someone who looked shady or something. I gave her my online order number and she said she needed to get her manager to look over it. And the manager got on her cell phone and it looked like she was googling maybe if my charms were legit or not. I got the vibe that I was not to be trusted. I get it that maybe thatâs a constant concern in your store but in front of the customer it just makes you feel less than. I had my kids in their stroller too and I was trying to look around for a possible exchange and one employee said excuse me but not so politely. It was hard to get around with my stroller. I felt like I was in the way of everything which I get a lot of the times because I have twins and one is autistic so I have to make sure I push around the stroller so he doesnât get up. I get it the store is small but I was trying to look around for other options. Maybe if someone couldâve helped me and shown me charms so I didnât have to go around. I knew I wanted something Disney. Again no one helped me at all only until I had asked for something specific which Daryn gladly helped me. But itâs just interesting 5 employees working and no one checking in on you. And I had to be the one to speak up! Just felt judge and Iâm a gold member. Not saying it to make me sound super important but I like shopping for charms and I had a great experience at the Montclair mall. Just disappointed at this location. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times and when I told her I was going to purchase more than a ring she went ahead and processed the transaction and did not respect the bracelet offer that is going on right now until I asked for it and she told me she had to ask because she did not know nothing about it when the person who was at the entrance was the one who told me about the offer. After she processed the transaction U asked for the rose gold bracelet and she told me I did not qualify for it, that I needed to spend over $300 in order to qualify. I told her that my purchase was not complete yet and she said she had already processed the payment, that I could not return nor the bracelet and what the ring, and that she was not going to attend me no more. When the second person came I asked her if I could return the ring and buy something else so I could qualify for the offer, she told me that there was no problem. When Michelle heard her she went straight at us and did not let the other person help us. She seemed bothered and was using a very sarcastic tone all along.    Read morewent with my daughter to return a bracelet that she couldnât wear at work, to the Ontario mills location. we were greeted by a kind, nice young lady. however, she went to get the manager. she was short and black hair ( yesterday is when I went) she came out and told us from the start couldnât return it cause it was worn. even though the receipt says we have 30 days to return. i told her that it didn't make any sense. then she told us itâs her store policy and rules and wont accept returns that are worn. before we left i mentioned to her that a manager shouldnât run a store if you have an attitude and adequate customer service skills. weirdly enough, you can try on jewelry, earrings like my daughter did before purchasing items. itâs okay because after they are sent to the back and are cleaned and people come and purchase them afterwards. isnât that considered being used? manager at this store is very rude and lacks people skills similar to a karen that tries to belittle people using their title at their store. it didnât work because another location accepted the return without any hassle. apparently this manager can make their own rules and stir troubles with clients, on pandoraâs receipts stating 30 days to make a return. will never return to this pandora location, hope that manager learns better skills where she...
