J.Crew Factory — Local services in Orem

I've been a J.Crew fan for YEARS and I just love their style. The clothing quality is great!

Although the store looks spotless and there are some sales that are being promoted, the customer service at this location is NON-EXISTENT.

There were probably 3-4 gals working that night but there was no greeting, no acknowledgment to any customers walking around/shopping around. Staff was chit-chatting to themselves, while other employees were just doing the robotic restocking of items, and not making any eye contact with any customers at all. I even took the time to sit and try on a pair of shoes, and no one came up to ask if I needed help or were looking for a pair in another size.
