Terrible experience at this store. Very unprofessional staff, just a reflect from the rude manager. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service at Tommy stores. I requested a return and they at first didn’t want to return. After that the cashier gave a credit on the purchase I was making at the same time. When finishing the check out I noticed the credit. I asked for the refund to be done on the original payment method (what usually most stores do). The manager said that I was responsible for telling the cashier what I wanted. I told him that I had no idea what the cashier was doing on the computer, he works at the store not me. Then he said “communication mam!” I truly believe that the communication should come from the people that work at the store explaining the return process and asking what refund method the customer prefer. After saying that to him and the cashier they laughed. I hope this review serves you customer well. I recommend Tommy at Vineland Outlet Mall, nothing can be worse...
Read moreso far this is the worst Tommy Hilfiger retail store from the many ones i had visited. i could not return items (regular ones, not sale or clearance) purchased from another outletstore, as i was told they do not have these items now currently, so they refused to accept the return even i had the receipt. the policy not specify this, and as a member should be accepted within 60 days, but this was a purchase 7 days ago. their customer service skills is very questionable, as at the purchase verifying being a TH club member, the email was barely accepted, i was advised by the manager, they are accepting coupons onky and every other store in the US verifying by the email/phone they should not be doing it. seems like a corporate wide education is do for all the store clerks, or this particular store manager needs follow up training for customer service skills. very disappointed with this specific store. will never visit this...
Read moreVery rude staff. Talking bad about customers even if they are in the same store. There were like 8 people in the store at least, so I why are the fitting rooms closed? Just a normal question. The reaction was: not enough staff, you wanna speak to a manager?? But her arrogant smirk (with crooked teeth) and lack of interest said enough. Not even trying to be helpful together with her Latin colleagues was pretty disrespectful and if this was my store, I would fire her on the spot. Earlier my daughter of 8 asked a normal question to the Latin fellow with a golden cross around his neck. He also isn’t trained to do anything else than fold clothes.
