We all know how important it is to find a nail salon that gives you the consistency that you want. I moved from New York almost 3 years ago, and I was so worried that I would not find a nail salon as good as the one I had back home. The color affair salon has exceeded my expectations. The nail technicians always care about what you want. They are adamant about taking care of their appointments and not rushing through them. The prices are SO fair for the kind of exceptional work you are receiving. Christine and Su are always friendly faces, and Timmy is one of the best nail technicians I have ever had. He is a perfectionist, and I always end up liking my nails more than I thought I would. The salon is ALWAYS clean, and I have NEVER had any issues with fungus. They sterilize all of their equipment. They offer many other services, have a very easy website to navigate for those who aren't tech savvy, AND they are very consistent about answering the phones. When given notice, they are flexible to move appointments around. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about this salon. It isn't just a place to get your nail, hair, or eyebrows done. They make you feel like family, and have REAL conversations with you during your time spend there. The focus is always on YOU, and that feels really good after a long hard week of work. The owner was very rude and unprofessional she did a poor job on my daughters nails and they cracked and the gel made worst. My biggest problem is my hair, I did my hair and I was very happy but after 3 days after I noticed my hair is extremely dry and damage I am very frustrated and unhappy with my hair I asked for RED highlights I showed the hairdresser a picture reference so they would know what I wanted, Not even a day after my hair started to turn yellow/bleached and there were patches of dry damaged hair everywhere. They seemed to be very unfocused and unprofessional, they did not care about the job they were supposed to be doing. He used my hair to trained the owner’s sister an inexperienced TRAINER without my permission touch and do my hair at some points of the bleaching process which is very delicate, I should have say something but that was the owners sister I thought everything would be ok, but now I realized I was too nice with them. after all the owner over charged.I called the hairdresser and the owner don’t let me talk to him....DONT GO TO THIS PLACE ... she said I didn’t pay full service this is the receipt I got after I argued because she didn’t want to give me one. I may not get my hair back they way it was or my money refunded but I will make sure this don’t happen to...

I unfortunately use to really like this place as there really nice & welcoming most of the time , since I live right across the street and they generally do a good job , but today I went in for a classic pedicure , needed a fill on my 2 big toes asked , for French tip she told me it was 10 dollars regardless of color or not , and then when I got to the register my bill was 70 dollars I said how , if my fill is 15 my pedicure is 30, and French tip is 10 she said oh we had to do gel because we don’t do regular French if someone don’t want gel or ask for it you don’t just randomly add it cause you feel like it or if that’s what’s required , it should be said in the price you quote not just randomly at the register won’t be back unfortunately unless it can be made right , cause they do what they want not what you ask and you’ll leave with charges you didn’t accept not saying there not cute nails at all , it’s just me & gel don’t mix well I’ve had not good experience with gel so I don’t use it and If that was the only way to achieve the look which it’s not , I should’ve been told before the service being done so I can either switch it or something pretty disappointing gel was never discussed outside of it was needed for rinestones which I didn’t at all get , not...
