Fred's Liquor Store — Local services in Page City Limits

As Canadians and Brits in Page AZ for the first time we stopped at Fred's Liquor Store on our way to our hotel. Lucian was so helpful when we came in looking for some local beer and wine. Other customers chimed in with ideas and the conversation quickly turned to favourite scotch and Irish whiskeys. Store has great options but the customer service was horrible. Was denied sale because the cashier doesn't know how to do math. Accused me of being underage strictly because my ID is verticle which happens if you renew your ID before turning 21. So even though I'm over 21 and my birthday clearly shows that they refused to sell because my ID was verticle. Will not be coming back and will be making sure everyone I know in the area...
