Went in with my 13y/o daughter after a long morning searching for a cute dress or romper. I felt like our every move was being watched. We were the only 2 in the store and the employee stood by the front door and watched us. I tried to talk to her while my daughter was looking for clothes and she was rude and blew me off. My daughter FINALLY found an adorable cute romper. I was told by another employee at checkout, who just came on shift, that we needed to bring our clothes out of the dressing room and put them on the rack. 1st employee went into the dressing room so obviously I thought she was grabbing them but nope she was just checking to make sure we didn’t steal anything! She walked out of the dressing room empty handed and my daughter still had to go retrieve her clothes. It was so awkward! I understand having problems with theft but I’m a mom shopping with my daughter. We had no shopping bags, Lulu belt bags, and with what we were wearing there was no place to stash clothes. If we weren’t desperate for a romper we would’ve walked out empty handed. Sadly, I will not return to this store despite the cute clothes they had. If I could leave zero starts I would. I give them the one star because some of the clothes were cute. The customer service however is horrendous. I felt so embarrassed. My 2 year old daughter had an accident and my husband cleaned up the mess. One of the owners came storming out of the fitting rooms with her baby and yelled at us saying we needed to watch our daughter because she’s ‘already urinated on floor and she was running in and out of the racks.’ As if she’s not a child. My daughter wasn’t even being disruptive or touching the clothes. She was being a kid. The owner was so rude and judgmental. I felt so horrible leaving a retail store with mediocre clothes. I was going to buy something, but I just had to leave without even getting what I wanted. I would never want to support a mom that treats other mothers like that. She should be more understand Of the situation. It’s clear they need sales from their empty store and overpriced items. Maybe management and owners need a class on how to...

I am from out of town and always make a point to pop in this store. I went and tried on 4 items. Chose one and went to check out. I was asked by the sales associate if everything worked out, to which I replied yes, one shirt did. She asked me where the other three shirts were, I replied in the dressing room. She then asked me to go get them. I honestly thought she was joking. So I replied, are you serious, and she said yes. I have worked in retail before and I never once asked a CUSTOMER to go back and get the clothes out of the dressing room. Absolutely rude and lazy if you ask me.
