I had an issue 15 minutes ago in this Panera bread.
I am pregnant with 2 y.o baby on hand. Came to this Panera bred at 8:50 pm, I saw how manager closed the door at 8:50 pm and when I knocked the door he “didn’t see me” and his workers “didn’t see me too”. I needed to restroom urgently. The manager know me that I am a repeat , local and value customer of this place. He came exactly at 9 pm and told me that they closed and cannot open the door for me. I can 10 minutes earlier than closing time and if he did not close the door I could come in. I told him that I came at 8:50 pm and asked to open the door because I was waiting and saw them that they see me before 9. But he decided to come at the door and speak with me exactly at 9 pm because he did not open the door for me. I was going to this place really often and member of Panera bread. How they did with pregnant women who has little baby with her is not right and not good. Owner, please check your camera what they did with me before closing time November 2nd, 2022 at 8:50pm-9pm and tell that do with people like this not right especially with pregnant women and small baby next to her before closing time and repeat local customer!!! I told the manager I never come back how you did today, and he said IT IS FINE! I never come back, I will drive to Panama City Panera bread. I tell all my friends and family not come back here because first of all we all people and do this such of things is not right! If you say in Google that you open until 9 pm , you have to be open until 9 pm and when people knocking the door at 8:50 you do not need to ignore them, you have to open the door!!!
Also your soup most of the time too salty, you should tell your team about it. And I am very very very upset that they closed doors too early and did not let me in before 9 pm and came to the door exactly at 9 pm and told me GO from here and they cannot open the door after 9 pm 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞 He knows that I am regular customer , pregnant and with baby. Read moreThis Panera Bread is one of the worst I've been to. Me and my girlfriend went in for a kitchen sink cookie to find out they hardly have anything laid out and this was at 1-2 in the AFTERNOON!
We have gone in FIVE separate times and each time they didn't have the kitchen sink cookie. We talked to the manager and he said they don't get enough business which is why they don't put out enough pastries. He only makes 4 kitchen sinks a day and somehow each time we go in they don't have any available. Don't you think you should make more if you run out of your number 1 best seller before 3-4 in the afternoon? They throw away most of the pastries at the end of the night or donate them.
If you're having to throw away your food at the end of the night then get in touch with corporate and have them start doing 50% off at a certain time to make up for the lost goods. Many other businesses do this which helps in saving food going to waste/losing profit plus it brings more attraction to the store. Its a win win for both the company and the customer. Other companies like Dickey BBQ and Potbelly have amazing service and seems to care a lot more about their customers. We actually decided to go to Potbelly's right across the street because the Panera Bread lost our interest. This could have been all avoided.
Each time we are there it is decently busy just like an other Panera Bread. They are located right in the front of one of the busiest areas in town and somehow you don't have enough business? NO its the way you run the business is why you're not getting business.
We drive by it every night and each time the light that lights up the sign is off While every other business has theirs on! No wonder you don't have any business!
I hope this Panera Bread gets it together and starts taking the business and their customers a lot more serious.

Read morePoor costumer service here by cashiers they just show up to clock in and out not to prove any type of service or have positive attitude towards costumers also made a complain to the manager and turns our manager takes his employee side and states it’s hard to find people to work that’s not a great excuse to cover up for your worker supposed to go fix the problem and attitude your employee has and move on very unprofessional scene that happened at this location also I’m a regular costumer here this is the first time someone has treated me this way and it’s not acceptable everyone else here that helped me asked me for my phone number to get my points or ask me politely to take my order not with an attitude!!!if these people don’t get trained right then they shouldn’t be working as a cashier! Chasers job is greet a costumer take their order not whisper when they talk and smile go over their order ask for their drinks cash them out let them move on not whispering finger calling a costumer to a line and catch a attitude hit a cash register hard Bc they think they conquered this whole world by running a cash register! If that’s the case we should have tablets punch in the orders there like any other Panera and move on we can cut on employee expenses these people be out of job in every fast food restaurant either train your employee to work right or let them go by their...
