If I could give this store 0 stars I would! They have lied not once but 4 times!!! Yesterday I called and spoke to the manager asking where my ring was. She put me on hold and said she was calling to find out when the ring would ship back? Yeah, it will be shipped today so it will be in tomorrow. LIE called today another lady said oh we have its been shipped but dont know when it will arrive.. LIE we ended up calling corporate and we find out the ring HASNT EVEN LEFT THE STORE!!! It was awaiting approval for an upcharge sizing. not one time did i receive a call!!! not only that I was lied to 4 times when I called and asked for an update. I am so glad this was my Christmas gift and I will be without that day as I have been looking forward to it all month. I will receive it maybe before February... but not holding my breathe. We have been doing business with Zales since my grandfather used to spoil us grandkids when I was young. I will NEVER do business with Pier Park Zales ever again.    Read moreI went in the store yesterday to ask about getting a hinge put on my wedding ring because my knuckle is too big to get the ring over , but the ring fits perfectly once itâs on my finger. When I first arrived, there were two people helping one woman and one woman helping another couple. Then the woman with the couple was free and went to help the two people that were helping the women at the counter. Next a third person entered the store, who was familiar to the three sales ladies, and was helped immediately. The customer at the counter asked one of the sales ladies twice to go ahead and wait on me and she refused. I finally spoke up and said I have a quick question. I asked them about the hinge for my ring. They knew nothing about a hinge on a ring and said they couldnât do it. The women I was speaking to was abrupt and curt with me. So I just called the store (after looking up the phone# on google and reading the reviews) to get an update on my solitaire that has been dropped off for resizing since the beginning of this month. The SO NOT FRIENDLY woman that answers says my ring is there, ready. So I wonder: "Really? Since when? I had no idea!" She says: "They called you on the 19th". That's it. When I ask about why no voicemail or why not calling again, she replies: "We just call one time. We leave a message if there's room for one. If that's the case we leave a message".
