I live in Panama City Beach Florida. I use the store at the Pier Park location. I have purchased two bracelets and three charms and have been satisfied with those purchases. However I purchased a ring on June 11th 2023. It was a sterling silver ring with three small stones in it. Since my wife has had good luck with the bracelets that we purchased and the charms which are also sterling silver we thought it would be OK for a sterling silver ring. On the fifth day after the purchase which was June 16th 2023 my wife showed me the ring and it was turning color on the bottom side of it. It looked to be copper in color. After doing some research I found out that the sterling silver is sometimes filled with other metals such as copper. I contacted the store on June 18th 2023. The weather was bad and I did not want to have to drive 30 minutes to have them look at the ring. So I told the lady on the phone that I would get with them later in the week. After contacting the store my wife and I decided to go to Zales and get her a ring very similar to this one except it is in white gold. That way she will not have to worry about it changing colors. So on June 20th 2023 I went to the store and showed it to the young girl behind the counter. She said oh yes I see it. Then she asked me if my wife had been washing dishes or going to the beach or swimming with the ring on. I said not within the four or five days she wore it. Which now I have two problems. One a ring that changes colors. And two no one told me at the time of purchase not to wear the ring swimming or at the beach are washing dishes. If I wouldâve known that at the time of purchase I would not have gotten it nor did I did not get any instructions on how to care for the ring. So I told her we had already purchased another ring that was made of white gold. I said all I need is either a refund or a store credit. Store credit would have been fine since I was planning on getting more charms for the bracelets I purchased before. She went to get her manager the manager was wiping the ring down and said it was just tarnished and she cleaned it up. She said anytime you want to you can bring it in and have it done. What, every 5 days? I said thatâs fine but I told her we had already bought another ring. She said she could not give me a store credit or anything else since the ring had already been worn. I sent an email to âNO CUSTOMER SERVICEâ and still no response 1 week later. All I wanted was a store credit for the ring. I will never step foot in a Pandora...

   Read moreI went to the Pier Park location to buy rings and charms for my daughter. There were at least 5 employees and only 2 other customers who were together. No one greeted us, and finally the âlead salesâ lady, Marilyn approached us. We asked to see some rings, but she kept walking off after handing them to us, when she did talk to us, she wasnât friendly or helpful. We picked out 3 rings to buy and then I asked about charms. I asked if they had clip on charms. I wanted the charms to go on a bracelet we already had( not a Pandora bracelet). She said thereâs no way she would know if they would fit any other bracelet. I totally understand that, but she wouldnât even answer if they had the clip on kind. I finally gave up and told her I would just order the rings online.
