This is hands down the best sandwich shop chain I have ever experienced!! I have zero complaints about this place and I hope they build more across the country (hopefully near Gadsden,AL). The food was absolutely amazing and delicious! Plus the customer service was bar none some of the best I have ever experienced! I know it almost sounds like I was paid to say this.......but I promise you I wasn't. The atmosphere was awesome, and everything was so clean! The order was prepared quickly and exactly how I wanted it. I like it so much I made a second order to go after I dined in. They delivered the wrong order, then we asked for either a refund or the correct order. They said no refunds and we can come pick up the food only as it is sitting there waiting. Haha. Are you serious? As someone that has access to hundreds and hundreds of guests, each week visiting our beautiful, beautiful beach city, and as someone who very very rarely gives a bad review before giving a second chance, I say 100% do not even try this place. Super cute place, people must have smoked a dozen joints before work. It took us such a long time for our person to make our sandwich we considered leaving. I’m not talking about standing in line- literally the moment we started our order we waited at least twice as long as we would’ve normally. We had potbelly’s in Utah that was great so idk what’s going on here but our sandwich was gross. We always get The Wreck, so I don’t know if the quality of ingredients is different or what but there’s no way we want to try it again at this location.
