I went in here looking for help to renew my passport, and the staff was incredibly unhelpful. I'd already filled out all my paperwork and was looking to just get my photo taken to ship off to the state department. They convinced me to use GovWorks and that they'd take care of the entire process for me. I paid 250 dollars to GovWorks which DIDN'T include the fee to the government. I paid an additional $16 dollars plus $40 dollar shipping. I'm now in over $500 dollars on my passport renewal, which should've only cost $190 MAXIMUM with passport renewal via the state department.

In fact, I had gotten a voicemail from FedEx earlier in the day saying the package was there waiting for me. It turns out that the employees shipped it back WITHOUT waiting a full seven days as they were supposed to do. I now have to pay to reship the items.
