I was on my way in a cab to La Sera Italiana down the road (also recommended, great local Italian restaurant) when the car stopped outside this bookshop. The window display was a magnet I could not resist and I asked the driver if I could hop out and I'm so glad I did. Enjoy this place and support local...

The guy who runs this place is really friendly and helpful and easy to chat with. I often do not ask for help in stores, but I never hesitate to ask a question when I am in Neighborhood Books.

The store also has really cool author-inspired t shirts. I got a jersey-style t shirt with Orwell 84 on the back. I get compliments all the time. I believe the owner also sells these on the store website. Super...
