Beautiful building! It was built in 1929. One little known fact is that there is an old jail on the 6th floor. Take a few minutes to go through the jail, the Guards at the security checkpoint will tell you how to get there. This is where the Miranda Rights started! There was no air conditioning when the jail was built. Imaging what it must have been like to stay in one of those cells!

You can visit the top floor where you. An see exhbits when it was still a jail with histories related to the building such as Judge Sandra Day O' Conner and the Miranda Warning.

I really love the architecture of the building. It's awesome that the City of Phoenix and County of Maricopa came up with such a unique design for an office building.

JUDICAL REVIEW ONLY HAS TO DO WITH THE CRIMINAL COURTS. tHE PERSON HAS TO APPEAR INFRONT OF A JUDGE TO SEE IF HE OR SHE HAD SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THEIR COURT ORDERED TREATMENT BECAUSE THEY WERE ASSIGNED COT TO BYPASS JAIL TIME FOR SOME NOT SO CRIMINALLY ABSORBED COMPARED TO A PERSON DOING HARM TO THEM SELVES ON DRUGS CONTINIOUSLY GETTING DRUG CONVICTIONS OF SOME SORT. MENTAL HEALTH HEARING AND CRIMINAL COURT HEARING DOESNT HAPPEN FROM THIS COURT HOUSE & an ANUAL REVIEW IS DONE IN THE HOSPITAL WHERE A PATIENT IS EITHER INPATIENT OR AT HOME SERIOUSLY MENTALLY ILL WHERE THE PERSON IS EVALUATED AS TO HIS OR HER STATE OF MENTAL ILLNESS COMPARED TO LAST TIME OF EVALUATIONS AND TO WHAT rx DRUGS WORKS FOR WHAT SYMPTOMS IF THEY MAKE IT WHERE A PERSON IS GETTING HELP FROM THE RX OR DRUGS THEY ADMINISTER AND WHAT THINGS CAN BE DONE TO MAKE IT WORK FOR THE PATIENT. When you are running a Parliament Court; Criminal Court and Mental Health Court Doesnt have nothing to do with you. You need a Lisence to operate a Mental Health Court and You also Need a Lisence to run a Criminal Court Procedings. In order for the Criminal Court to operate is when there is a Jail attatched to it and to run procedings that has to do with Mental Health you have to have a Hospital attatched to it. Goodluck trying to do some non sense cases at the Parliament court. Just because you guys are labeled Sperior Court doesnt give you jurisdiction over criminal cases and mental health cases. They are suppose to be handled at their designated areas. When you are a parliament court act like parliament court and quit thinking you have special privliges because you dont. Things used to happen from there long time ago but they dont. Everything has been put at its place. And for the Lisence matter. You cannot use a courts liscense even though it says Superior. Every court is individual. Everything done at that court stays at that court. Dont think just becauser you are Labeled Superior Court doesnt mean you can do things at that court and goi file the paper work at a different location. No it doesnt work that way. I hope you guys get the hint what im trying to tell So called Honorable Judge Polk. Its getting closer and closer. Cartoons are only allowed to be on the business aspects of the court system like your parliament court. Cartoons are not serious enough to handle Criminal Cases or Mental...

"I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Judge Sarah Selzer and the probate court team for their exceptional assistance during a very difficult time. My brother passed away, and I encountered significant obstacles with an uncooperative relative regarding burial arrangements, which persisted for 45 days.

Judge Selzer demonstrated remarkable understanding and fairness throughout the process. She asked pertinent and insightful questions, ensuring all aspects of the situation were thoroughly considered. Notably, she also emphasized the importance of compassion, even while approving my request for an emergency special administrator.

The timeline for the special administrator approval was impressively fast, and the court's communication was detailed and easy to follow. Judge Selzer and her team provided clear guidance and expedited the process, allowing me to finally arrange my brother's burial with the dignity he deserved.

I am deeply appreciative of the court's efficiency, professionalism, and, most importantly, the compassion shown during this sensitive time. Judge Selzer and her team's dedication to resolving this matter promptly and fairly was invaluable. I highly recommend their services to anyone navigating complex...

This building is an architectural phenomenon. Many of these structures are no longer remaining for whatever the reason. This particular court deals with probates, guardianships of incapacitated adults. So unfortunately it is not always a happy circumstance. There is a lot of memorialization at this court building as well. We have documentation several times a year to bring down to the court and always enjoy the...
