I purchase most of my WHBM clothes online due to my schedule. A couple years ago I purchased multiple orders online with different sizes so I knew I’d need to return items which at almost ALL stores you can return for free. I did my returns dropped in the mail and it look almost 2 months for my account to be refunded. It was Christmas time so I assumed this was why. Tried again in the spring and the same issue. So I went to the store in Redmond to return and I literally had THE SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE as all of the other reviews with customer service and returns are a nightmare. It took an hour and 45 minutes to return about 7 items because she couldn’t figure it out. I had receipts, within 30 days of purchase and they had the tags PLUS the plastic bag it was in also had a tag. Not only were the two ladies rude to me but made me feel like I was a burden. She asked me to step aside or come back so she could help others trying to purchase in store clothes. Such a bummer. Bellevue store is better at returns but also annoyed To do them. Read moreI love the clothing and I am a long time customer. I did a large purchase online 4 months ago and one of the items did not fit. I didn’t have time to go to store and honestly dreaded going to store due to their bad attitude. I took it to Redmond town center store for return and the lady was very rude to me. I asked if I can get a store credit since I can’t wear the dress and she gave me the meanest look! The worst part was the other sales lady at this store is in her late 70s or 80s! Nothing against older people but maybe its time for her to do something else. It took her 45 minutes and multiple attempts to look at my invoices with her magnifying glasses on and off to process 2 other exchanges! I will continue purchasing online but will never go to this...
Read moreI am a premier member of WHBM. I was called by this store to inform me that there would be a large sale startting Thursday. I came in the store around 2:00 Thursday to purchase a special outfit.. I was never greeted by the 3 clerks standing behind the counter taklking about what color they have colored their hair in the past, coloring their eyebrows, what their parents thought about it, etc. I (along with other customers) were totally ignored. I browsed the complete store and left empty handed. REALLY POOR customer service! I felt like they could care less if I made a purchase. Guess I will need to find somewhere else to purchase...
