Great Scotts Rexburg — Local services in Rexburg

Typically I like Great Scott's (hence the two stars I gave it) but I had an absolutely awful experience with the Crepe stand they have inside. I went during happy hour, but they charged full price until we had to go and ask for a refund to get our change back. Then they put powdered sugar on the crepe, though it was not advertised. It said powdered sugar cost more. When I said something the girl gave me attitude. It was not advertised and I hate powdered sugar. If it said it came on it I would have asked for it without. How is that my fault? I decided to order a second one for a friend. I went to pay and they charged me the wrong price. They then took a few minutes to verify the price. And still give me the incorrect change back. It was just a quarter, so whatever. They took a while to make. I get that the crepe maker takes time but the girl was moving so slowly. Finally got home with them and they don't even taste good. The strawberries were mushy and passed their prime and the banana had dark spots. The crepe place on campus is so much better. Go...

Listen up! There’s a lot to say about about Great Scott’s and it’s all good. I have been coming here for a long time and it’s always a good experience. First off they have great drinks, not to say that you can’t get good drinks anywhere else but the ones here are always great and they always have new ones they come up with. In addition to to the redneck sodas they also have Reeds dairy ice cream and make fresh cookies for some really good ice cream sandwiches. After all of that, it’s also a convenience store so all of the regular stuff you could want is there too. One of my favorite parts is the remodel they did a few years ago to make the store look really nice. Other than that the employees are super friendly and almost always have a good conversation. Today was pretty much the last day I will probably order from Great Scott's, my husband loves it here. There was a drink he asked me to get him on my way home today, it was one of their special featured daily drinks a while ago so only some staff knows what it is, if they don't he has a backup favorite on the normal menu

Today I asked the member for the 'special' drink and they went along making a drink like normal. They looked over the menu hesitantly and looked at me a few times then looked in a book and started making a drink.

What ever drink it was it was not what we normally get. I was never asked "sorry I don't know what that drink is can I get you something else?". He literally just made up a drink on the spot and gave it to me. I didn't realize till I got home because it wasnt my drink to vbegi with.
