I’ve been working out here since January 2022 and it’s been a great experience. I came here from a national big-chain gym in midtown, which was always crammed with people, so I much prefer this smaller environment that keeps their gym clean. AJ does group training 5 days a week at noon and 5:30. He gives personal coaching at a group environment at an accessible price point. If you follow their hours written on the board (opens at 6AM) you’ll find yourself waiting…and waiting…..For the price they charge you would think they would be on top of their hours, but it seems staff just open whenever they please.

Not good if you have a tight schedule or like to work out early in the morning.
