My fiancé and I visited this store.

Unfortunately, there was a man working there who made us uncomfortable—not for any sexual reasons. We were unwelcome. And, I am unsure why. It’s my partner’s birthday, and we were there to browse and buy.

As I was walking to the store, he was outside smoking. A woman was there who was professional and answered questions about two toys I looked at. She was great. He came in after a few minutes. He interrupted the woman who worked there as she was providing information on a product. When I explained what I was looking for, he abruptly said “we don’t carry that here.”

I saw a funny gag gift that might be great for a white elephant gift exchange I’m participating in at a holiday party. I inspected the display box for a price, and he explained that it was a display box and the individual items were for sale, not the box (which I think would be obvious to anyone who has ever seen a display box).

I saw another perfect item for the white elephant gift exchange, as long as the party is adults only. I pulled out my cell phone to see if it was adults or all ages, and the man abruptly told me that no cell phones were allowed in the store to honor everyone’s privacy. I am very happy to honor the store policy. The policy is a-okay. His style of communication was not okay.

So…puzzling. Very puzzling.

Mister, if you’re the owner, your business would be more profitable if you got a job elsewhere and let the woman with the aqua hair and rainbow glasses...

I like this place! They are very knowledgeable and experienced in every aspect of their job Thank you so much for being there to help!

And I am sorry that you get taken advantage of by awful individuals

By people that cannot own up to the fact that they are sexually active and have you know what that goes you know where issues

If you can’t own up to it don’t bother going into a respectably establishment

They are there to protect you first and foremost they are there to give you knowledge so you don’t hurt yourself or anyone else They let you know how protect yourself against STI’s And how to use the product properly

If you can’t be a proper Human being please order your stuff online and just let these amazing people do their jobs and hope you don’t get disappointed When you order things online And have no clue what to do or even how to take care of your product

But please I DO hope you get your rocks off

There are a lot of awful individuals that take advantage of shops like this coming in drunk and choosing to vandalize and or...

I've been here several times the first two times were great expwriences. This time though I went in with my boyfriend and we were treated like we were five. Please if you want people buying your over priced gear (which we will now purchase elsewhere) treat your customers with some decency and respect.

1. checking the texture on our hands with the tails and whips allows us to determine what feeling we may like best. It wasnt like we were running around hitting each other.
2. the phone issue. When my boyfriend pulled out his phone was to compare a price and check time since we had to make sure we didnt go past on the meter. There was also no other person in the store at that time. We are experiencing new things in our sex life and it was made to be an uncomfortable setting and my patronage will go elsewhere. I have no inclination to discuss this issue with rude people. Suzies and kiss and tell have way better customer service and are much more supportive in helping a customer find what fits...
