Smith's Pharmacy — Local services in Saint George

Both Smith's pharmacy locations are awesome. Fun hack: if you actually look at your leaflet there's a coupon sometimes for $2 off produce, just FYI, lol. I had no idea for like 4 straight months since i don't look at my little drug info packet as often as I should. What's cool is that if you want to fill at either you can you just have to call and talk to someone because the refill numbers on your bottle won't work at the other location it is location-specific. I have filled at a lot of the pharmacies in the area for convenience reasons or due to cost differences and Smith's and Stapley's Dino Crossing are my favorites in the area. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Have never had so many issues with my prescriptions. Most of the people who answer the phone are rude, will keep you on hold forever, don’t know how to look things up properly in the system, and don’t know what they’re talking about. One person will tell you one thing and another person will tell you an entirely different thing. It’s almost been a year that I’ve been going here and every month there has been some kind of issue with them without fail. I keep coming back because they’re the closest pharmacy to me but with how much time I’ve wasted on the phone with them as well as driving back and fourth, I might as well drive somewhere further. There was a big mix up with my insurance where my name appeared under my father's birthday. It was a change that needed to happen in the Smith's system. I ended up going to another pharmacy (not Smith's) who helped me call Smith's and get my information changed in their system so my name appeared under my birthday. It was a super weird situation and Smith's wasn't particularly helpful or willing to figure it out which is why I had to seek out help from another pharmacy. However, since we got that issue fixed I haven't had any problems with the Smith's pharmacy.
