I had a mobile order of a blimey limey and a thai chicken wrap and Iâm so disappointed. Normally I donât write review but this needs to be posted. Iâm deadly allergic to bananas and I have gone into anaphylactic shock in past. I guess they got my drink missed up someone elseâs and gave me some sort of bland strawberry/banana smoothie. Thankfully I could taste the banana right away. I went to the store and told them, the women at the cashier was nice and understanding, but it hurt to hear âsorry we have just been so busy with flip flop smoothie dayâ. I understand the demands of orders coming in nonstop - but there shouldnât be a huge mistake like this that should be life threatening. They did remake my smoothie, but honestly my money probably should have been refunded at that point. I also ordered a wrap, and I thought maybe this one thing would be right but my wrap was so terrible and the lettuce leaves were completely wilted. Iâm pretty bummed out. I donât think Iâll ever come here again. I donât want to risk my life over something like this because of someoneâs careless mistakes.

   Read moreUpon entering the store, I was the only customer there but it still took almost 15 minutes to receive my order. I paid for ginger but my smoothie had no ginger. I could not even taste a hint of ginger, even when I got to the end (as I know sometimes the blending/lack of blending will cause it to be stronger than other times). I order the sweet potatoes all the time from other locations and noticed a huge difference in portion size. My container was barely filled with 7 sweet potatoes. I asked one of the staff if the portion size changed, as my container was almost empty. He stated he will get me another one. A few minutes later the other staff member, who originally handed me my order brought back out the same container with 7 sweet potatoes and said that was the correct portion. I said no, this isn't acceptable, as I paid for a premium side. I told him I accept the new portion size but I will not pay $1.49 for 7 sweet potatoes and I will gladly accept a refund for the premium side and take chips.    Read more05/18/2021 I arrived her and placed an order for a smoothie at 12:10 p.m. here i am waiting and i see customers that ordered after me receiving their items. I asked Tiffany the status of my order " i will go check" she then goes to the back and begin to make smoothies and replace other items in the back. It is now 12:30 p.m. Tiffany never came back to the front until I asked another staff member to get someone that can get me a refund. Tiffany finally came up front gave the refund with no apology or explanation of where my smoothie was. Now I asked for the manager/supervisor with her head hanging low sorting out receipts not giving a care in the world still offered no apology. I asked for the head persons contact which is Danielle. I contacted her to advise of what happen. Her response: we are short staffed cant get anyone to work afternoons and people are collecting unemployment". This is my problem how?
