UBER EATS BUYER BEWARE Five star food... ZERO star service...
First, let me start by saying that I absolutely ADORE this restaurant and other's like it in the same chain. They always hit the spot when you are craving delicious, classic Greek favorites! I have been to their location personally on many occasions and love to take friends and family here when they are in town.
It is with extreme frustration and sadness that I feel so inclined to come on here and leave a review. I work at a local hospital and was excited to purchase my staff of 10 lunch on a particularly crazy, full-moon shift. Everyone agreed on Greek food and, after a discussion of other local establishments in the area, we decided on Little Greek (I am quite persuasive!) We all placed our order, which totaled nearly $110.00, and away we went.
Upon arrival to the hospital, the driver was quite upset when I insisted on trying to review my order before taking it up to my unit. He explained that there was no real reason to do so since there was "nothing he could do about it." I know I am able to provide (or decline to provide...) a tip to the drivers so I let him just go along on his way with his attitude. (This is no reflection on the restaurant, of course, but still added additional frustration to the day.) I counted the items briefly in the hospital lobby and it appeared that it was correct.
When I got back to my unit, I asked everyone to go through their orders and make sure everything was there. Unfortunately, though my "head count" in the lobby did seem accurate, one of the salads was missing it's sandwich. The box was there, and accounted for, but the order was NOT complete and missing the best part- delicious chicken pita! No big deal? I was mistaken...
I did attempt to correct the order issue in the Uber EATS app, however I was unsuccessful. I made a call to the restaurant and after a quick introduction, I was placed on hold. The same woman came back on the line and, after reviewing my order by phone, told me I was certainly mistaken and that all my items were sent. She told me there was nothing she could do and suggested I call Uber directly. Basically, I received all my items and I was a liar? TERIFFIC.
After about a 30minute phone call with Uber - hold times were extensive - I was able to get in touch with a representative that helped me credit my Uber account so that I could place my order once again and get the missing sandwich, which I did. The next driver was delightful and kind. My staff all raved about there lunch and were really upset that there was so much trouble getting one member's meal - we will NOT place a larger order with this establishment in the future through Uber EATS. I imagine this will reflect poorly on the restaurant in the eyes of a few other potential, future clients.
End of my rant! Thanks for reading and I hope you have better...
Read moreSo, I’m familiar with this restaurant. I hadn’t ordered from here in almost 2 years because the first time, was lackluster. So I thought maybe now they have possibly changed. And become better. I was wrong. My total came up to $25 and some change; I ordered 2 chicken skewers with rice and Greek salad (no beets no feta cheese), along with a cup of lemon chicken rice soup- Avgolemono. And I only received a $6 cup of broth that looked like dirty dish water. It had literally 3 shreds of chicken. Not chunks, shreds. And not a single grain of rice. The skewers are old and dry, and a portion of rice that isn’t even enough for a bird. Now the salad. It looks “cute/pretty”, but it’s literally like 5 pieces of lettuce. Basically it’s not worth it. It’s never been worth it, and nothing has changed. I did call the restaurant before this review, just to make sure I wasn’t being a “Karen”. The person I spoke with explained that no, it shouldn’t just be broth. So that leads me to ask, “Why did you serve it then 🤔?”
Anywho. Don’t eat here. You will waste your money on overpriced “Greek” food that’s just trash. And I made sure to include videos to show exactly what I’m talking about 🤙🏾

Read moreCustomer service was very poor. Walked in, stepped up to the "order here" area. Was not acknowledged. 3 people working the line. Not one stop to say hi or welcome. Then after three minutes the guy finally said she'll be right with you. Young black lady came up to the register "eating in or out?" i said "takeout" then go on to ordering. Without looking she said $15.50. Gave her my card. She swiped it. It didn't read. Then she tries again and still didn't read. Then she rolls her eyes and punches it in. Gives me the receipt and ask to sign. I contemplated about tipping. So i was going to tip at the end since the beginning was so bad. Then time to pick up the food. She called me over and said my food was ready. She bagged a few items. And then she pushed the items aside. Then she grabs the next items and opens it. It wasn't my food. So she proceeds to look for my food and ask the cook. The cook didn't say anything so she was stuck to figure it out on her own. I see why she looks like she don't want to work there. No teamwork and laziness. Cannot imagine what goes on in the back. I'm eating the food now. Pita could be a bit more toasted. Flavor is mediocre. Would i go back? Customer service...
