We passed by this beautiful building and instantly felt a comforting homey vibe. Walking in, you're taken aback by the beautiful entryway with hand blown witch globes and a historic feel that brings such peace. The scent of the shop feels inviting and not overwhelming. We were greeted by a funny looking, sweet and furry old lady named Tinkerbell who's 16 year old eyes tell a story of tomfoolery and genuine love. A loving kitty whos tail gets the best of her, and a head that cant help but rub your feet, completed our whole experience in feeling like part of the family. Trevor greeted us with a warm welcome, and a tiny tot crawled around making everyone smile. Trevor was wonderful in explaining the shop, making it impossible not to want to purchase everything in site. Sarah came from the back, and was a powerful mother figure who's intuition knew Tinkerbell needed assistance in using the front lawn to do her buisness. Sarah's candles are handcrafted with magic and love, you cant help but sit and sniff them for an embarassingly long time. The herb and stone collection is perfectly crafted and the alters are perfect. I wish I could give more stars. P.s. be sure to tell Sarah her cheetah print bags are the best. It will make Trevor...
Read moreStardust is such a wonderful place. As soon as i walked in, i was made to feel welcome and at home by the owners Sarah and Trevor. I couldn't resist homemade candles (that smell amazing) and a unique pack of tarot cards, but there are so many things on offer!
We really liked the energy of the owners and it encouraged us to book onto a tour (Steps Through 1692). We were not disappointed; it was AMAZING!! Sarah Frankie is an engaging and knowledgeable tour guide, dare I say, from my experience over the years, the very BEST in Salem! In short, our trip to Salem wouldn't have been the same without this knowledgeable, fun and informative tour, so I recommend booking one of the three different tours they offer. If we had more time we would have been interested in booking the other two tours as well. Definitely next time!!
Thanks again for a wonderful evening, and we can't wait to revisit your hidden gem of a shop next time we're in...
Read morePotions and magical spells are things I thought of when booking our Wandering Witches tour. Unsure of what to expect, my husband and I embarked on this tour in Salem, MA. Our guide Kat was easy going and extremely informative dispelling ideas and misconceptions of witchcraft. We walked about as she gave information on how witches were identified and slaughtered in the 1600's. She identified modern day practices and her personal view on herbs, spells and the effect of "light and dark". One associates broom riding with witches, however an interesting point made was how the broom was utilized to administer tinctures used to enhance mind experiences. Overall, I would highly recommend this enlightening tour and I give 5 stars to Kat as well as her sidekick in the shop. A great experience at an...
