My quest for a perfect bubble tea while in town for business led me to this spot, despite the red flags from other reviews. I'd had a fantastic one earlier at Boba Guru, so I figured, how bad could it be? Very bad. I walked in and stood at the counter, alone, for what felt like an eternity. The employee was too busy making two other drinks to even acknowledge my existence. A fifteen-minute wait with no line? I felt like a ghost haunting a boba shop. I ordered a simple large black pearl milk tea—the kind of drink you'd think is impossible to mess up. But then I heard the blender fire up and my heart sank. A drink like this should not require a blender. What was this madness? And then I was handed a sad, watery, fruit-tinged concoction that looked vaguely like boba tea but tasted like regret. I’ve had hundreds of bubble teas across the country and in Asia, and this one takes the cake for being quite possibly the worst. The drink didn't deserve a sip, just a proper burial in the nearest trash can. Too bad I paid extra for the large.

This place was adorable! I stopped by after I went to Dreamscapes in the gateway to get the signature Dreamscapes Boba tea and it was delightful! The staff was friendly and engaged in great conversation with me while waiting for my tea to be made. They made sure it was made to my personal perfection by making sure it was sweet enough and made sure there was nothing else I wanted added. I think I found my new favorite tea place when I visit Salt Lake.

Came here since they had a shop in city creek and now moved to the gateway in salt lake and I’ve always got the mango boba with regular boba and mango boba, recently I’ve tried the pomegranate with boba and it also amazing, on top on amazing flavors amazing service from Henry The man himself, always has great attitude, has a real passion for boba, always teaching me and my bf about boba. Love this place,, definitely recommend!!!

Some of the nastiest boba drinks we’ve ever had. We ordered some of our drinks with no boba’s and still received them in two of our drinks. We ordered a mango peach fruit tea and received a mango milk tea instead. So many messed up orders. We are not happy. My family and I ordered about 10 drinks and it literally took the barista 30+ mins to make them. Not competent enough. We waited so long and had to leave to catch a plane and asked for a refund on the rest of the drinks and the barista stated they didn’t know how to do a refund. How do you not know how to do a refund? Just say business is slow and you wanna keep the money. This business does not practice good ethical business standards. If we didn’t get the products that she didn’t or haven’t even started yet, we should be able to receive our refund. Instead, because we were in a rush we didn’t make a big fuss about it. If I could give them a zero stars, I would. We would not recommend this place. Do not waste your money here. Even if it’s local, we won’t support it due to bad business ethical standards and not being able to deliver what...

Terrible experience, DO NOT recommend! My husband and I visited today and I ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Took one sip and it was disgusting, tasted like the milk had gone bad and it was watery. Chunks of ice in it too, gross tea taste. Tea tasted expired. I immediately returned it to the counter and explained the problem/asked for a refund. One staff member walked to the back, the other staff member just stared at me/looking around like he didn’t know what to do. I asked for a refund and he declined. I did not want it remade with the same bad ingredients. Very unprofessional, not good business. I travel often and try boba in every city, this was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. All I wanted was my hard earned money back, I was polite and kind. Wasn’t hard to make the situation right and refund me....
