I recently had the most phenomenal salon experience at Shades Hair and Co, all thanks to the incredible co-owner, Ceci. As someone who's frequented numerous salons in LA, I can confidently say that this visit surpassed all my previous experiences.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the thoughtful touches like complimentary popcorn and indulgent hand massages elevated the experience to a whole new level of pampering.

One of the most remarkable aspects was placing my complete trust in Ceci, despite having never met her in person. I bravely decided to chop off a substantial 10 inches, and Ceci's expertise and reassuring demeanor made me feel entirely comfortable with the transformation. Her talent shines through not only in her exceptional hair skills but also in the way she interacts with her clients.

Ceci and her staff were an absolute delight throughout my visit. It felt less like a regular salon appointment and more like a rejuvenating spa day with friends. What truly stood out to me was Ceci's humility and kindness towards her staff. It's evident that her character is deeply rooted in her genuine care for both her clients and her team.

My makeover included a stunning balayage and a dramatic haircut that effectively corrected previously botched coloring. The results were nothing short of breathtaking.
