Claira was absolutely phenomenal, she patiently went through 100s of charms to help my wife ( who is very picky ) find the charms she wanted. She also informed us of their current sale they have going on right now ( buy 2 charms get 1 free ) which we definitely took advantage of. And after about an hour of switching charms in and out and going through almost all their charms we finally came up with 6. Claira ( sorry if I misspelled your name ) was even nice enough to clean my wife's entire bracelet and charms so that the new charms and the older ones would be uniform. At this point we're absolutely hogging her all to ourselves because she then sees my wife's face and she's like, you want to rearrange them don't you? She was absolutely right, because my wife did. So she kindly says don't worry take your time here I'll put everything apart for you and lay them in this tray and you can put them exactly how you want them. She even helped me look up my old Pandora card and when we found out it was no longer active, she helped me apply for a new one real quick and used the temporary card in store to make our purchase. All in all this woman was absolutely amazing and deserves recognition for going way above and beyond to make a long transition fun and an experience all in its own. First time going to Pandora and I will never go back again. Me and my girlfriend went to pandora for our anniversary and arrived at 5:30pm and they clearly state on their website and store hours that they close at 6pm. However, as we are in line the lady cuts me and my girlfriend off and says they are closed and there is nobody even behind us waiting either. They could have easily let us in and I told the lady at the front that this was a special occasion and I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and didn’t need help shopping around. The lady was very rude and told us that they were closed even tho the time was 5:30pm. We confronted her and said there is still 30 minutes and she said it wouldn’t be fair if she let us in and not the people behind us, but there was not even anyone else behind us so that makes no sense. I had rushed after work and drove 40 minutes to North Star so that I would make it in time because this was a special occasion and I wanted to buy my girlfriend a necklace. Safe to say I will not be coming to Pandora ever again and will not recommend them to any of my friends. Will take my money elsewhere at another jewelry store. Horrible customer service and employee was super rude. Seemed like she wanted to close early to get off work earlier. Very disappointing as it ruined our anniversary. Customer service is a big deal. Well, I don't think the staff was trained on this matter. I walked into the store and there are two Representatives that are helping two sets of customers (one couple & a Father & Son). So I walk around and browse because I want to start a charm bracelet for my sister. The Repre can oosentative that was assisting the Father and Son goes to the back as the Father & Son wait for her. The couple finishes their purchase and leave. The Representative that was assisting them now goes to the back as well. Neither one of them ever acknowledged that I was in the store. The Representative that assisted the couple starts to come back from the back room, but stops in the doorway and looks towards the back. Still haven't been acknowledged. So I stand there and stare at her to see if she is going to say ANYTHING to me (btw I am 6'3" & 260lbs...kinda hard to miss). After some time I get the hint...I am not wanted in their store and leave. Thus is the 2nd time that I've have an experience like this in a Pandora Store (the last time I was in Atlanta)...maybe I am...
