We were looks given weird looks to us FROM FIRST TIME IN STORE.. We had Rude employees helping us. We went back different times got different people to help they were all over us the 2nd time and then one person even found a second ring we liked too . We mentioned a sale they had they said that they would honor it ,to come back in little while 30 minutes and they'll have it ready.We went back in that time frame and then didn't give the sale as they mentioned they tried to blow us off and ignore and rang up the 2 rings over $4000.00 . We mentioned it again they ignored us and then they had to we had to wait longer we mentioned it again and they said oh okay give THEM another minute. We BOUGHT 2 RINGS TOTAL OVER $4,000 ON RINGS and AGAIN try to ignore us brush us off like what we talked about As mentioned they would honor, they wanted to BRUSHED US OFF and IGNORED US when they agree to the SALE AS THEY WERE RINGING US UP and was RUDE . We had like four people just all over us what's the deal we're not little animals that need to be controlled. We do not need to talk to 4 people just one person. When we need one person talking to us GOT 4 OMG . Made us FELL VERY VERY DEGRADING AND . When we went back to get ring sized they said we could not return it afterwards. We then waited the time frame to make sure we liked it . NOW three times of trying to have a ring sized they said it would be a couple weeks at the start of the SALE they said it would only take an hour and a half one. We could bring it back anytime we were ready to size. WE called and went to store 4 plue times to come get it sized and they said it would be a couple weeks they LYED THE WHOLE TIME JUST TO MAKE THE SALE and UNETHICAL ...

After the Zales repair center ruined my ring beyond repair, I took my replacement and started searching for a band for our anniversary elsewhere. Although the Zales store employees were great and they made the repeated mistake of the repair center right in the end, I lost trust in the company as a whole. We walked into Helzberg on a whim and Jessica immediately and happily helped us find the exact band I wanted. She genuinely wanted to make me happy rather than make a sale. As I began to show and tell them what Zales did to my original ring because I was hesitant to let someone touch it again, another wonderful lady named Lisa joined our conversation and both of them sympathized greatly with what happened. They told me in full confidence that their in-house master jeweler puts out flawless work. I truly felt that they were genuine and their concern for the lack of quality control Zales had was reassuring. We purchased the band I loved with Jessica. Still feeling a bit anxious after getting my hopes up before, I left my rings to be sized up and soldered together. Today, I picked up an absolutely PERFECT ring. The soldering job is the cleanest I could’ve asked for. It’s even all the way around. The sizing is seamless. It looks like it was machined, not done by hand. The jeweler here is very talented. The ladies that work here are amazing. You have our business forever. Read moreMy first experience here exceeded my expectations. My second experience was even better! While speaking with the store manager, I told her about the horrendous experience my husband and I had at the San Marcos Outlet location. We sent my husband's watch off for repairs before the warranty ended, and after 3 months, they sent us someone else's watch. It had damage in different places, and the diamon face was scratched. We explained that this was not his watch and even had photos. They sent it off again, this time, it was returned within a week, and again, it was someone else's watch. The glass now had gouges, and the band looked like it had been chewed on. We told the other location we wanted then to make it right, but they told us tough luck. The store manager at this location was incredibly sympathetic and offered an even exchange as long as the warranty is still valid. Fortunately, there was 1 left in the entire company, and they honored the exchange. I returned to the store just before closing, and James helped me. He was kind, courteous, professional, and got the transaction done with time to spare. All I can say is that the team at this location has revived my husband's appreciation for Helzberg and we will continue to do our business here....
