I’ve been shopping at this Victoria secret forever. This was my favorite because the store itself is big and employees USED TO BE so helpful. I have never came across any problems until yesterday with manager Ana. I was purchasing a swimsuit bottom and top. My bottoms were marked “US $4.70” and top was “US 36.95” at first my thoughts for the bottoms were unbelievable. But I figured since the actual price tag for the bottoms said $4.70 that it was $4.70. I get to the check out and my total was $70 and I said “wow the bottoms are marked at 4.70” and Ana (who was checking me out) didn’t say anything to me, instead looked over at the employee next to her, showed her the price tag and smirked about it. And Ana asked that employee “should I override it” and the other lady said yes. So Ana did and I have a reward for $30 off your purchase. I gave it to her and she ripped up my coupon and then tried telling me the coupon would only be applied to the full amount of $70 not with my bottoms being $4.70 and top being $36.95. I asked “can you override it” and with a big sarcastic smile and tone of voice she said “what I’m telling you is that the system will not allow me too” and tried giving me the option to either apply the coupon to the full amount ($70) or take my bottoms as $4.70 AFTER she already ripped up my coupon. So even if I wanted to take the bottom as $4.70 I would have no coupon given back to me because it was ripped up. On top of that it is not my fault that the price tag is marked at that price and she didn’t want to honor that price because it was the manufactures fault. I asked to speak to the manager and that is when she told me she was the manager. Clearly bad training or not fit to be a manager if she is asking her employee if she thinks she should override it. On top of that, if my coupon could not be applied because of the bottoms then do 2 separate transactions and apply the coupon to the top only. It was that simple, but instead she wanted to try to give me a hard time about it. Again, not my fault the bottoms were priced that way. Bad experience with Ana and I will not be returning to this location anymore. It’s sad too because I’m there all the time and never had an experience like this where the “manager” was...
Read moreI always go to this location never had any bad experience but i visited the store on july 22 this year and i was really surprised about the 2 cashiers who didn’t have any knowledge about the store promotions ? They had a sign in the store by the mist and lotions ( buy 2 get one free or buy 5 mix and match for $40 !! I verified with the sales associate on the floor and she said yes this is our current promotion so i grabbed 3 mists and 2 lotions , i waited in the checkout line until my turn , the cashier greeted me and she said it’s buy 2 get one free so i said it’s also buy 5 for $40 she looked at me as if i was wrong and said those are panties ? then the other cashier who was helping another customer jumped in the conversation asking me where did i read that ? So i told her it’s on the promotion sign by the lotion and the mist !! She still gave me that look that i was wrong ??she left her customer to go check with the other associate on the floor bc she tried to call her from the headphones ?? the funny thing is the cashier who was helping me realised i actually was telling the truth about the promotion as she started scanning the items the promotion applied automatically so she apologised and said sorry we didn’t know we have the promotion ?, my question is what was the point of causing all that and making me look i was wrong and mind you i wasn’t even talking loud or anything but there were customers waiting in the line which made me look i wasn’t telling the truth ? My point is train your employees and educate them about store promotion before they judge customers based on their look or ascent or assuming they were wrong or they weren’t dressing so fancy ? I always shop from Victoria secret and i have Victoria secret credit card for...
Read moreI love shopping at this location, because the young ladies who work there, are always very helpful and nice. I don't feel uncomfortable at all, as they are very welcoming.
I always shop here for my girlfriend and can find everything I am looking for.
The young ladies who work there, always help me to find the perfumes and lotions, especially since it seems that VS changes the packaging all of the time, to keep things fresh, I assume.
To my surprise, on one of most recent expeditions into the store, I saw that in a small corner, they now sell Cologne for men! It smells very good, light, and not overpowering in any way. I ended up splurging and treating myself to one!
One one of my visits, on the actual day of Valentine's Day, I stood first in line for 40 minutes before the store opened, because I needed to find specific items and wanted first choice. I ran into another man who was second in line! He like I, always shop last minute! We had a great conversation, as he also was a vet, and I am sure all of the ladies standing behind us in line, were surprised, that they were beat by two men, shopping for...
