Literally the only hoodies I wear now!

My boss recommended American Giant to me years back, and ever since I bought my first one I can't go back. The quality of the product is amazing! I now own four in different colors.

The people who work here are super awesome! Their customer service is on point! The store is also clean, things are folded to perfect! I honestly can't say anything negative at all, it's all great experiences and amazing products!

I tell everyone they should buy their hoodies here, especially over Lululemon. They are around the same price, but American Giant is such better quality with a true life time guarantee...

I recently visited this location and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and the store had a great selection of items. I'm a huge fan of American Giant in general. They truly make the best hoodies (Classic full zip and Storm full zip) and t-shirts I've ever owned. Their jeans and Moto full zip are also top-notch. I have bought American Giant since their only store was in an alleyway in S.F. Amazing quality and super service in those days.

Today I stopped for the first time at the Chestnut store to look at a new product advertised via email. Only one attendant, and I asked about the new colors. He showed me black, then took a call in front of me and talked on the phone for ten minutes, saying only after his call that the product is not in stock there. That’s quite rude service in my book.
