Booking an appointment online was super easy, and I loved that they included a pre-appointment questionnaire to personalize the experience. The pricing was also very reasonable, which I really appreciated.

It had been a while since my last facial, so I went with the Clean and Natural Facial with red light therapy. Quick tip — plan ahead for parking if you’re driving! I underestimated this and arrived a bit late, so we had to skip the red light therapy, which was completely fine.

My facialist, Freya, was amazing! She listened to my concerns about dryness and my goal of having glowing skin for the wedding. Even though I started this process later than I should have, Freya reassured me that we had plenty of time to get my skin in great shape. She walked me through every step of the process, recommended products tailored to my skin (including a serum that I bought there that is working out great!), and helped me plan for monthly H2Glow hydrafacials leading up to the big day. I even signed up for a membership and love how flexible it is!
