I would have to agree with the other 1-star reviews: on the occasions that I’ve stopped in to No.3, I typically ended up feeling less-than.
I recently had a negative experience where the piece of jewelry I purchased had a flaw that occurred in production causing a diamond to fall out, but didn’t become apparent until well after the return window ended. No.3 refused to acknowledge that I was sold a defective piece (as explained to me by a reputable goldsmith) even though they inspected the piece themselves and received detailed photos of the flaw.
Instead, I was offered only partial store credit citing that “any return [they] accept is a total loss on [their] part.” Too bad for the customer, I guess, who has to either pay for a repair that they shouldn’t need in the first place, or spend more money with No.3 to recoup the store credit.
They offered to “show [me] heavier weight constructions so [I] can consider other options for everyday wear,” effectively blaming me for the problem, and suggesting I had worn my jewelry too much. It’s worth noting that the item was specifically from their “everyday styles” selection. I was disappointed but not surprised because the goldsmith I spoke with assured me that I had done nothing wrong to cause the setting to fail, the item was clearly in good condition otherwise, and that it was common for shops to try to blame the customer in these types of situations.
So, I’ll be taking my future business elsewhere and recommending that others do, too.

My partner ordered a Laurie Fleming ring through this jeweler which took 8 weeks to make (I knew that it would take this long--which is not the issue). However, when I received the ring there was an indentation in the ring. I emailed the jeweler as soon as I saw it. It initially took a while to hear back, which was very annoying because I wanted to hear back before I wore the ring. I sent pictures/video indicating the issue. They finally emailed back saying they will try to contact Laurie Fleming. I did not hear anything back for weeks. I sent a followup email and still didn't hear back. I called the store and the person answering the phone acted so nonchalant as if annoyed by the problem. They asked me to bring the ring in when I clearly let them know/indicated in the email that this is an online order shipped to Nashville,TN. Til this day 10/8 I still have not heard back and I received the ring the first week of august. You would think I am asking for instructions on how the gold was made. I do not recommend ordering from this site. Just order from the original jeweler. For a "small business", I think they would care about their customers/service but I guess not. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, and we felt like they got to know us and listened to what we wanted. The space is beautiful and the whole experience felt very fun and luxurious. They have lots of different designers and different styles of pieces, so we had lots of options but also weren't too overwhelmed, as its a smaller store. We worked with Devon to try on engagement rings at the shop and then to work with one of their designers to customize a ring. Devon made the process really easy. It was a little scary doing a custom piece because we couldn't see the final product until the end, but Devon did a great job of communicating with us and the designer at every stage of the process, and in the end, we got a beautiful, unique piece that's just what we wanted!
