This was my first experience getting any kind of lash treatment & it certainly won't be my last!

Irene made it so easy to schedule an appointment via text message - she's responsive, personable, kind & considerate (and even followed up the day before the appointment with a reminder text!)

Her space in the Marina is comfortable & quiet.

Definitely show up early to find parking, as it's in a busy area.

Once you head up the stairs & into her office, you're hit with the most DELIGHTFUL smell. I couldn't stop telling her how amazing her diffuser smelled. She had chill, modern music playing at a low volume throughout the appointment. The Lazy Boy chair is as comfy as everyone says... I nearly fell asleep during the appointment, to my surprise.

I was nervous because this was my first time doing this, but Irene calmly spoke to me about every step in her process, talking through all the different things she was doing throughout the hour-long appointment. Her consistent communication put me at ease.

She is also very gentle, and there was absolutely no stinging or pain. Irene is very experienced & said that her work is "the love of her life"

The results also speak for themselves! I have stick-straight lashes that sometimes bend down into my eyes... but not anymore! The Keratin Lash Treatment included tinting & curling, so my lashes look luscious, dark & curled without any makeup on. It's exactly what I was hoping for, and I will definitely be returning to Irene for future treatments.

Irene is extremely skilled in doing lashes. Her studio is in a really convenient location with a cute wine bar downstairs that’s fun to stop by after.

It’s two flights up the stairs, and when you walk in she puts down a disposable cover on an armchair to create the most sanitary environment. Then she always washes her hands right before starting so that you know she has. And then takes the time to get to know what you want. The first time I went the lashes would hit my glasses all the time so she adjusted the curl type for me and now I can wear glasses comfortably!

The armchair that you sit in while she works is sooo comfortable. I always fall asleep for a quick nap. And I never feel any pain.

I went home recently and my mom told me they looked good and natural - felt like a double compliment! The lashes also last a long time and look good up until I get my refresh.
