Where's the 6th star?!?! I started going to Kelley in April 2024. This is NOT your normal gel manicure - and worth every penny. My nails have never looked better, felt stronger, and received more compliments. I have gone back twice since - and now have a standing appointment. If you go with a more neutral color, you can get away with every 4 weeks instead of every 3 weeks. She is superbly professional and wonderfully patient and pleasant. She also does a fantastic pedicure! I had a horrible experience with gels a few years ago and was very reluctant to try again. Kelley has changed my mind and explained to me how the structured process is much healthier for your nails. FYI - I noticed she has 2, 1 star reviews. I also noticed that those reviewers did not write anything, that Kelley responded with a kind offer to "make it right" and there wasn't a response to her response...those kind of reviews, I take with a grain of salt. I am always impressed when the service provider offers to make it right - shows quality...

I found Kelley because she works a block down from my store and I am so glad I did! I've been getting SNS dip for years with a lot of quality inconsistency and unfortunate damage to my nails. I came to Kelley with deep grooves in my nail beds from a bad dip set. She has taken SO much care with my nails and they are healthier than they have ever been. We have done both structured gel and the Apres Gel-X system (it's like super long lasting press on nails if you want length). I really love the structured gel because it keeps my nails thin but lasts about a month even with a toddler and constant hand washing. Every set has been better than the last because she takes really pays attention to all the little details and makes sure to customize your manicure to your nails and your lifestyle. We've also done lots of fun nail art and I love trying out new styles with her! She is 1000% worth the investment and your nails will thank you. Plus you'll get constant...
