Rainbow Shops — Local services in San Juan

Broke my favorite pair of sandals on vacation and went in here to find a pair quick. Sales associate was very rude she ignored me while I was trying to ask her to help me, she finally answered when I asked do you have size 11 sandals, she says “ugh nooo why would we sell that? Too big too big” and laughs. I thanked her and proceeded to look around anyways and found many size 11 sandals. I get a pair go to check out and she looks at the sandal laughs and rings them in. I pay and she doesn’t say anything to me the whole transaction she just laughs. Very rude and unprofessional would not return if it was for the employees. Cute shoes but...

A point entering the store, not one single person and there were 4 ladies working in there said hi, welcome to rainbow's. They didn't say anything. I don't know if it was because I'm African, American. Or just because they are rude or they possibly thought I didn't speak Spanish Don't know just rude. And this incident actually happened on August 24th 2023. Not the way I wanted to end my Vacation I like nice shopping experiences...

This rainbow was different than any of the ones here in Florida. The quality of the clothes much better. Too bad I was on vac I purchased a pair of sandals wish I would have picked up in other colors. they are so cute and comfortable wish rainbow...
