This store has some of the worst service and inconsistent rules. I was at the mall for something else and wanted to run in to see if I would be able to bring a dress I received as a gift in to exchange because it didn’t fit. The girl said absolutely, bring it in and they would be able to help me, with no other instructions or need for additional information. I also saw the policy sheet at the checkout and reviewed that. Fast forward a few weeks, I made a special trip up to get this taken care of and I go to the register. Explain what I needed and the girl said do you have a phone number or a receipt. I said no, it was a gift from a group and I was then told that I could not do an exchange. I calmly explained my frustration and that the policy doesn’t even say that and I specifically came here before to check that I would be able to do this and was told I could. She then said let me talk to the manager to see what I can do and th manager came up. From the very beginning do the interaction had an attitude. I explained my frustration and that they should probably update their policy paper and it would be helpful for some consistency and she then very rudely said “first of all.. you need to calm down”. At that point with the way she had already been speaking to me I just said “you know what I’m going to leave, that was rude”. She said “yep have a nice day”. I am very sad to say with this being one of my absolute favorite stores, I will no longer purchase anything else from here. I placed an order for over $400.00 and never received any of the items ordered. Trying to make contact with them is completely impossible. You have to email their "web team" they will not take phone calls. It takes days for them to respond to any email sent, and then you end up having to explain yourself over and over, until eventually they just stop responding all together. It's been six weeks since my order, no merchandise, and currently still out my money since they are claiming I never ordered anything. It really makes my stomach turn to know a business can be so careless about their customers, and the fact I am out that money. When contacting the store in Sandy, the manager pretty much told me, sorry there was nothing she could do besides contact the same "web team" to get answers. Like I mentioned before, I really loved the store located in Idaho Falls but had moved away and started ordering online and it became a complete mess. I was already hesitant on placing an order for this much money, and now I completely regret it to the point...
Read moreI have had a couple of situations with poor customer service at this store so it’s time for the one star review.
I just went in to exchange for a different size, and they said they could order my size online, but I would be charged for shipping then reimbursed for it. I was like, cool, thinking they just process the reimbursement in the store.
When I was checking out, the employee said, “They usually issue the reimbursement pretty fast.” I didn’t understand what “they” meant, so I asked, “Wait, how does the reimbursement work?” The girl looked at me like I was a complete idiot, and said in the snottiest tone, “I just told you we do a reimbursement up at the front of the store. We email a team and they process it.” I was blown away by the uncalled for rudeness, I had been perfectly nice when I asked how it works. Even if she had mentioned emailing a team before and I didn’t catch that part for some reason, I’d think she could just politely say it again. Sooo I ended up saying never mind to reordering it.
They also treat you like an inconvenience if you go in during a shopping party that you’re not a part of - close the store to the general public when you’re doing a party, then.
