I am a so called client of this man I have paid him my money and thats basically it I don't get a call back he's always busy my case was promised to be resolved in no more than 90 day and yet I can't even talk to the man that took my money honestly if you have money to just waste go ahead and give it to him he will gladly take it I find it unfair I am a United States Marine and I serve my country proudly and for a man to do what he is doing is just not right I'm sure he will call when he sees this cause he cares about his reviews but when he calls there will be no update just him telling me he's sorry about the communication issue even though I call twice a day and leave a message with his friendly staff and that he's still waiting on a call that he somehow hasn't gotten in over two months now I feel like if he couldn't help me then he shouldn't have taken my money but in the end that's what it's all about with this nice guy Update it's been over 4 months since the last time I've heard from this man nothing has been done at all he still ignores text calls and messages I've literally left over 100 messages with him this is a poor excuse for an attorney if you want a true review this is one upon me getting this attorney he assured me this matter would be resolved in 90 we are now 2 months away from it being a year and I've literally spoke with him 4 times this is the reality of hiring this man nothing gets done but he will happily give you a call to get your money after he is paid thats is. The reviews speak for themselves this many people can't be just making it up do not I repeat do not waste your money on this man again I'm a Marine I serve my country I work well over 12hrs a day and yet I find time to call him multiple time to just be ignored so he can miss me with I've been busy it's been way to much time (update)11262019 it's been over a year now and still nothing no call back no email to text If you are reading this I wouldn't waste my time or money on this guy he knows he is a waste I didn't even have a case that's going to court I just simply needed to see if the outcome could be changed he assured me it could in the long term of 90 days it's been over 425 days now so that should speak to what kind of attorney this is Feb3,2020 still no information at all if you're reading this you can clearly see what you will get if you hire this guy. Save yourself the money, time, and mental strain. I will leave another update in a couple months by then I'm sure I'll still have no response from my so called attorney. Update Feb 14,2023 I have still not heard from this man I still call and leave messages and explain to them that I've been waiting years for a call back and have left literally over 100 messages. If you're thinking about using this attorney after seeing this then you deserve to go though the same thing. Do not use this guy you're better off handling your issue in your on. Update oct 23,2024 I have still received no call back or letter not even a reply to my review here obviously. Please don't waste your time with the guy he literally will take you money and disappear as stated by plenty other people here. Update Nov 7,2023 after seeing my last update, the crook I haven't heard from in years actually reached out to me and blatantly lied said he knew he did nothing for me and that he would refund me the $800 retainer fee I paid him because he's (really a good guy and wouldn't try and intentionally just take anyone's money). Well I live here in Georgia and I can say that it doesn't take 2 weeks to receive a check in the mail. I've even tried calling and emailing again but if you've kept track of this review or read other ones on here then clearly you know getting in contact with him is not going to happen. I would've just accepted him staying silent and avoiding me, But for him to actually reach out to me after all this time and admit that he did nothing and promise to refund me knowing he was lying is just a new level of low I have experience with this man. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T TAKE YOURSELF...

I 1000% recommend Mr. Turner!! He followed along with my case from the very beginning, from the time the initial police report was filed. He was extremely responsive. My magistrate court (behavior bond) case dragged over a period of months, and the case worsened as more incidents occurred. Mr. Turner answered/returned every single phone call every single time an incident occurred and I had a problem with the others involved in the case. He was always there to listen to me ramble on and repeat the story 100 times. He never ONCE cut me off or told me that I already said that numerous times.. he was extremely patient! His secretary also listened to my story numerous times. The court date creeped up on me rather quickly and I informed Mr. Turner last minute of the court date, I wasnt prepared for it as I was working alot and still trying to gather evidence for the case. He immediately assigned himself to the case the same day I called him and told him court is in a week and I'm not prepared. He was able to postpone the court date so that I had time to get prepared. As a young girl, i dont have $5,000 lying around. Mr. Turner saw the case for the BS that it was and gave me a reasonable price that I could afford. He was in the court room already, early, when I arrived to court just in time. He was just as good, and effective, as the laywer on the opposing party who specialized in behavior bonds and magistrate court cases and worked for a firm of 3 lawyers.. and I would have gotten the same exact end result had I paid $5,000 for a different laywer or firm to represent me. For one laywer, and his one secretary, running a law firm business by himself I'm highly impressed. I am happy with the outcome of my case, though the outcome was inevitable no matter who was representing me. No law firm could have done a better job than this one!!! This is a laywer who actually CARES about his clients and not just about the money! A lawyer who doesnt steal your money, but who will listen to you vent your concerns and give your every detail about the case. His representation made me feel professional, and safe. He gave my name a good name! Thank you TURNER...

I can not begin to explain in words how much Mr. Joey Turner has helped our family in the past few years. We have ran into some problems, which you'd never believe if I told you...I'm often told at least I have bad luck rather than no luck...We'll leave it at that..:) But, we first came to Mr. Turner in fear of losing everything because of a previous meeting with other counsel, including my dream career. I was frantic, and my husband found Mr. Turner online, GOD SENT, and we saw him and I suddenly felt at ease, and realized what was happening to us was crazy and Mr. Turner reassured us..it was...and that he would handle it all. He always checked on me, and tried to keep me calm. He held true to his word and was everything plus more anyone could ever expect out of an attorney. Mr. Turner became not only our attorney, but a friend, family, because of the way he handled our case and how he was always there when we needed him. If he was busy, you could count on him to call you back! Mr. Turner always discussed options before any decisions, and broke things down when something wasn't understood. The outcome was exactly what I wanted, and better than I thought. Mr. Turner has something you don't see in too many attorneys, he truly cares about his clients. Not that this isn't enough, but when something came back up about this same situation that was once again "ridiculous!" I called The Turner Firm, LLC in distress, not having spoken to Mr. Turner in probably two years, and he jumped into action and followed up and took care of it for me when NO ONE ELSE, even my school, wouldn't handle it; and it was jeopardizing my graduation. He fixed it in a matter of a month, when I worked with someone else to try and fix it before hand, for about three months! If you want someone that you can rely on, trust, confide in, and will do whatever he possibly can in his power...
