House of Strut — Local services in Savannah

I walked into Strut while strolling downtown looking for either thrift or vintage stores to explore while on vacation. After entering a few other locations, I was hungry for higher quality items and punk couture. Strut did NOT disappoint! The shop had a variety of vintage jackets, boots, bags, and curated items across the store. I imagine this would be an ideal location for costume designers, musicians, theatre folk, and fashion enthusiats! The shop manager AJ Grey was the best part of my shopping experience at Strut. She immediately greeted me, and asked if she needed any help. We struck up a conversation, as I shared my excitement for my visit! She handed me a card of cool shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area. I love this! I was the only customer in there at the time, and we continued to chat about Savannah. AJ Grey was so king and easy to talk to... it honestly felt like she was just a friend who was in the shop with me! The next time I'm in Savannah, I will ABSOLUTELY be back to Strut for their unique and ultra-hip merchandise, and to see AJ Grey! I cannot recommend this shop enough... If you're visiting Savannah into fashion (in any sense), Strut is a must for your shopping experience! 5 Stars across...

Cute woman-owned shop with an excellent curated collection of vintage items. We saw many many items that we haven't seen anywhere else, and the prices were very reasonable. Iris greeted us as soon as we entered the shop and told us about the current sale. We happily browsed the shop, oohing and aahing about some of the clothes, purses and jewelry, all of which evoked fond memories of years past. Reaching the back of the shop I encountered Erica, the owner, and we chatted for several minutes. Erica and Iris were very friendly, welcoming and attentive without hovering or being pushy. They made me feel like I was chatting with longtime friends. Their pride in the shop and their curated collection is immediately evident, as is their passion for what they do. After browsing and chatting for 30 to 45 minutes, we purchased some items, including a fabulous garnet ring and a vintage Coach duffel purse in excellent condition. Before we left, Erica gave me a big hug. We've never had such a fantastic experience in a shop. Imagine a Victorian pink Barbie Dream House with all of them to his treasures you can find my daughters are obsessed with this mix all the dreams come true they can get anything head to toe from shoes accessories for the perfect ensemble they also have all age events so I'm proud to be able to have my kids of all different ages being able to experience positive community events with local music. It's good because I feel good spending money knowing that it's coming back into the community and to help and support Savannah. Is absolutely amazing the 20-year collection of hand-picked clothing make shopping for my daughter's easy I just have to find something that you like and I can have within less than minutes instead of having to go through multiple vintage websites trying to find the one little thing my daughters been looking for . My daughter feels like an absolute princess and Erica's fairy godmother I was able to get close at my daughter feel good and look like a million bucks for the fraction...
