Jackie was an absolute dream to work with! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us. I came in not having a clue what, if anything, I wanted. We were on vacation, and I had just turned 30 the day before, so was thinking about treating myself to something small. A ring? Necklace? Bracelet? I had no idea but was interested to see if anything popped out at me. Jackie took one look at me and you could tell she knew exactly what I was looking for well before I ever did. The first piece she showed me was what I ended up leaving with. I haven't taken it off since! We looked at a few different items throughout the store simply because I can be very indecisive, but I just kept going back to the original piece. She knew all the right questions to ask to assist in helping me make the decision. My husband and 4 year old also agreed with Jackie’s choice. Her attention to detail and top notch customer service, paired with her extensive knowledge of Levy’s products, is truly a gift. Jackie has a natural talent and artistic ability that can only come natural. Most of my jewelry store experiences involve an employee that comes off as pushy and just wanting to make a sale. As someone with severe anxiety and ADHD, I’m easily pressured in to making a decision that’s almost always followed by buyers remorse. The experience Jackie provided us was FAR from that. She made this process so seamless and stress free. Not once did I feel pressured. She made me feel seen, understood and treated me with such grace and respect. My wife and I pretty much buy all our jewelry from Levy Jewelers. I mostly go to the one in downtown Savannah since i work downtown. I must say I have always received good customer service whenever I go in the store. What I like is the fact that I'm not judged by my attire, in which, sad to say, alot of customer reps, especially for Jewelry stores, judge people by their attire.....and at times by race. Fortunately, I have never had this experience at this Levy Jewelers. The sale reps are always ready to serve you as soon as you walk through the doors. Today I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Maile, a very pleasant and professional rep. I had no intentions of buying anything today, but she was so eager to show me anything that I inquire about, and informing me of any discounts offered, that I actually end up walking out with something. To me, if someone can influence you to the point of buying when you had no intentions to, that person is an asset to the organization.

Another sales rep that is also excellent that works for Levy Jewelrys is Mrs. Jackson. Dealing with her feels like you are talking to someone who you have known for years. She is just an all around lovely, sweet, genuine, and professional person. She comes and talks to you like a regular person, not someone who is trying to sell you a product. I love that about her. So if you are downtown Savannah looking to buy something nice for your significant other, and you end up in this store, make sure you ask for these two reps, they will take really good...

Probably the best buying experience I’ve ever had in my entire entire life! My girlfriend and I walked into Levy Jewelers to get a battery for a watch and to look at engagement rings. Immediately upon entering, we were quickly and pleasantly greeted by a friendly man named Brad. This gentleman is so knowledgeable and so patient! He carefully listened to my girlfriend‘s interests in specific rings and even made several beautiful suggestions. Brad meticulously explained the differences and similarities between cut, color and clarity. This information proved invaluable while my girlfriend chose the ring of her dreams! Although I did not make the purchase at that time, Brad and I stayed in touch via text and email. He walked me through the entire buying process while sending videos and photos of the ring. I made the purchase a few weeks after our initial visit to the store. I know this review is somewhat rambling, but I am trying to express the wonderful experience I had with Brad and Levi jewelers.
