Update: After I got home, I found out that she did not tell me everything. First off, we weren't told it was a subscription until the last minute. To sell a good product, you don't need to be a dishonest salesperson giving only pros before the negatives, and also we found out with the deal going, after we left and doing the research to verify what we were told about no commitment cancellation that you have to have a three-month subscription before you can cancel without paying a $100 early cancelation fee. So I'm stuck paying about $70 times three months to get the subscription canceled. I'll still use it as I like the scents, but the salesperson rubbed me the wrong way the way she sold us the product without telling us all the stipulations surrounding cancellation.
I am still waiting on my receipt with order number because she apparently mistyped my dictated email and so after I called her, she said she would have to get her manager to resend it because it got sent to the misspelled email instead. I will follow up as I am trying to cancel my subscription but only after 3 months if I understand correctly from the fine print I read on their website... Scents are great, but pricey, so it's not something I want to pay 1000 annually for at this...
