I have to agree with the unprofessionalism. Do not spend your money here. I purchased a bundle from Isoji Beauty in June 2021. It is now September and after not receiving an order, I am still being disrespected about my request for refund. It is the principle. The owner is completely unprofessional. I asked that she provide a tracking number for me to see where they sent it since she is attempting to deflect the burden of issue back to me. Nothing. I've heard over and over, it was sent out, the refund was processed, the refund was processed but I'm not in charge of processing refunds and I'm not in office, the refund was processed. Well during all of this time, I paid through Zelle which I knew so she would have had to get information of how/where to send my refund as you can not just click a "refund" button in Zelle. Once I was over the lies and told her she could not have sent me a refund and her belittling me, she says oh well we sent it to some random person that I have nothing to do with. I said oh really, how much was the refund. She responds with $30 something. Another lie, because my order and payment was $85. If you let people dig their own hole, they will fall in it. Well she did. Fast forward to today, she is now refusing a refund and hung up on me when I kept asking for support to show my order information versus tracking to who, when, and where she sent it. Wow, I have been super patient for 2.5 months knowing she was giving untruths. How hard is it to suck up your pride, say we screwed up, apologize or not, and refund a customer's money? I will not allow her to do this to anyone else. I will be utilizing my some retainer to address this now. I gave her a fair shot which she did not give me. I also did not bring it to reviews or social media trying to resolve this with the business. Isoji Beauty has given me no other choice now. Upon arriving to my 4:30 apt at 4:35 I could not find the location which I am also seeing in the reviews. No info is given on a plaza or anything of that matter. I have phone records of me and my daughter calling and nothing. No one answers at this number btw. Now I am arguing back and forth through email with them asking me why it took me 4 months to call and reschedule and no call no show is a waste of time and products and that someone else could have taken the spot.
