Princess Polly Scottsdale — Local services in Scottsdale

I went to Princess Polly Scottsdale for the first time yesterday. My girl and I were super excited to go, being Princess Polly is somewhere we’ve shopped online for years now. The store itself was so cute, the clothes were great, and loved the setup in general. But I can’t get over the staff. They seemed like they didn’t wanna be there, not friendly at all. Also even when asking for help while in the dressing room + looking around the store they did NOT seem to want to even do that. I had asked for a different size and the response I got was “You didn’t see it on the rack the first time?” … Also when my friend asked about a skirt that they had the girl proceeded to look at her with annoyance that she was even talking to her, I couldn’t believe it. You know when someone seems annoyed that you’re asking questions? That’s exactly how that was. Even the girls at the cashier weren’t very friendly, I was super duper disappointed with this.. I think it’s really important to treat people with respect and kindness. Doing that and receiving attitude and rudeness, makes you feel like a complete idiot! :( Hope they see this and talk to their staff cause that’s probably the worst I’ve seen a store. Not only does this boutique have the cutest clothes, but the customer service is truly top-notch! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by the sweetest team at the front counter. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. Went here expecting a regular clothing store but was pleasantly surprised! The vibe was amazing and all the clothes were so cute we loved it so much! Lupita helped us out and it was clear that she knows the inventory extremely well as she was a pro at helping my mom find outfits that will make her look amazing (talk about a fashionista!)
